It had a great view of the water. The property was very hard to find in our private car due to no signage. Also, finding where to check in was very difficult due to no one being around when we finally arrived. The listing was also a little misleading with the patio space and pool available.

Great location! Beautiful view from the terrace. Happy with assistance to have flowers, chocolate and wine for our arrival… Breakfast was simpler than I expected. Coffee machine was not operating first morning, but was fixed for second morning.

AC was broken very rundown apartment

Could use some updates.

We liked the proximity to the center and that it was right on the marina. We also enjoyed the magnificent views daily. The host was the sweetest and personable. We can’t wait to come back.

It was an amazing property, great location, and all seemed a dream! The host never got back to us about the shower head, it didn’t work, nor it had any hot water.

Location was amazing and the staff was very helpful

the views were amazing! beds were comfortable. air-conditioning in each room was fantastic. location in town was very central and easy to walk everywhere while also being a peaceful and quiet. Water pressure in shower was pretty weak. Lack of access to the pool was disappointing b/c it was included in the advertising pictures. A softer pillow option would be nice for this level of accommodations.

Close to Sorrento port and center of town. Description/ pictures are misleading. Rooms are not in main building but are in another wing. Room was extremely small and this was not a hotel, but more of a bnb. No hotel desk to speak of, and you are on your own after 6pm. Do your research before booking.

They mentioned that they can pick me from the station to the hotel but they didn’t :( Also, the location might be misleading as there’s two gates for the property, you should go to the green one.

The location was perfect and the view from the patio was the best!!! The villa was stocked with many amenities to make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable! The team was so helpful and responsive to any question! It would have been an added bonus to have access to the pool.

So much to love at this B&B. Location is perfect, and overlooks the sea. Eating breakfast on the patio watching the port and boats was so relaxing. Easy access to most everything. Great little breakfast before you start the day. Staff is great. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless. Everything smelled so fresh. Comfortable beds. It is in safe area, with a gated yard/driveway. No issues walking around in the late evenings. Cute kitty cat residence hanging around. We loved our stay. Would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Nothing I didn’t like. We opted for the cheapest room so we didn’t have much of a view but the shared balcony and hot tub area made up for it. We loved e everything.

You can’t beat this location! Pool, beach, Ferries, restaurants it’s all within a 5min walk Small shower

The shower is frankly scary. Mold is common in rentals in Italy, but to have cracked and bulging, barely attached tiles is not. I think that the entire wall behind the tile is it likely covered in black mold and that the property owner has not addressed it due to the likelihood of extreme and extensive repairs that will be involved. There is what appears to be a small furry rodent living in the back corner of the shower. I refused to turn my back on it for fear of being violently molested until I finally devised away to I inspected without getting dangerously close.... Close up photos with my phone camera revealed that it is actually some sort of pipe that protrudes a bit from the tile wall, and apparently it keeps standing water in the shower under control. It is in fact not a small, hairy monster, although I would still keep my eye on it If I were you.

I loved the location and that we were on the water and able to sit on the terrace overlooking the water and enjoy coffee & sunset! It was a big adjustment at first. We arrived at 7-7:30pm. Didn’t know how to get in the gate. Apparently, she sent me a message with all the information, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I tried buzzing and calling but no one answered. We waited until someone walked into the gate. Still no one came down to show us where the key was. Instead I called again and she tried to explain over the phone. After entering our room we were a little taken back that it didn’t have a window to see out over the ocean. So before booking make sure you find out. They do have rooms that do. Then, we didn’t have any hot water and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the cooktop burner. Next morning after calling, the helper came over and showed us where the switch was to turn on the hot water. Who knew? And the cooktop, you could only use a certain pot on top of the stove for it to turn on!? I have to say, It really would have helped if someone met us and explained all the idiosyncrasies as well as the water not coming out of the facet in the middle of the day when you turn it on because someone upstairs flushed. Believe it or not, after all this, I fell in love with the vintage charm and the room and would stay again.

We liked the location and the terrace. We liked the fact that we had access to the outdoor kitchen and fridge the host also left us some welcoming drinks which was nice. The kitchen made making breakfast in the morning a bit easier. However very confusing for everybody else who wanted to come in and use it while we were in our room trying to have privacy. The villa is a bit run down. They should at least fix the bathrooms. The front bathroom shower has no hot water and the shower head drips water on the outside edges not enough to rinse hair. The back bathroom shower had what looked like black mold on the bench but not because it wasn’t cleaned but because it needs to be renovated. The section of the patio and kitchen should have some sign indicating that it is not public, especially because the bedroom is right there and the windows are big and very visible. It sucks to come out of the bathroom naked to find a stranger on the other side of the window in your kitchen. Otherwise it was amazing the view is worth the hustle.
