Location was less than 10mins walk to the main Piazza Tasso and beach path, cleanliness & friendly hosts who were willing to make our comfort comfortable. Everything was fine but for family of four our room was tight. I recommend requesting to have the largest room when booking hotel room if you have a family of four.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and they even provide daily housekeeping at no extra charge — a small touch that made a real difference throughout our stay. The location is honestly impeccable: • Train station, bus station, and car rental — 5 min walk • Scooter rental — 2 min walk • A large grocery store right in front • Sorrento’s ferry pier — 15–17 min walk • All the best restaurants and markets — within 10–15 min walk If you’re planning to explore Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, or Capri, this is about as central and well-connected as it gets. The host was polite, warm, and genuinely welcoming from the first message. 10/10 recommended!!

The Location was good and when I arrived there the staff were a little bit helpful First of all the fact that they restrict the guests to arrive before 20:30 otherwise they cancel their reservation without giving them any alternatives is mind blowing. And if that’s their rule they should mention it before booking not after that or two days before your checkin. They said that it’s the regulations in Italy, which is not true coz I checked in Torino, Rome, Napoli and Capri with key boxes (key inside the box with code to open it) Room is okay for a hostel but no air conditioning and a very loud fan

The room was super nice! I was super impressed, we had a balcony to look out that looked so nice. It was very modern & clean! Was super impressed! The staff was super friendly & so helpful. Everything was very nice, bed was nice, shower & bathroom was super clean. Highly recommended staying here, I would come back for sure. Great location to get to the center of town easily & to the train station or any bus stop!

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, the buses that connect to the entire Amalfi Coast, and the FlixBus stop. It made getting around very easy. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend it. ? The only downside was that I had to change rooms for my last night, which wasn't very convenient. I also preferred the 6-bed dorm I stayed in initially—it was spacious, bright, and had a lovely view of the street. The 4-bed dorm I moved to for my final night didn't have quite the same feel.

Location was noisy but well located within walking distance to town, trains, and port and food. No hooks in room or bathrooms, beds were very squeaky. Large window in female dorm needs better curtains to block bright lights outside.

Location, cleanliness Despite there is a kettle they don’t provide any te or coffee. It is a small touch of care and service. You find a kettle and start looking for the te. If not provided I believe is better to remove. It create expectations and you get upset looking for things that are not there.

Nice staff, good location. There was a loud drilling noise that began from 7/8 am everyday and I wasn’t able to sleep at all and the staff just said it wasn’t happening when I have video proof of it.

The toilets were in the rooms and it wis kind of awkward because the door was just covering it. IDK maybe it is smth cultural but it was really uncomfortable

Awesome location, very near to train and bus station, as well as city center. Room was amazing and bed was good too. They should add more hangers in bathrooms. Otherwise everything was perfect.
