Easy to access, enough space, very cozy. I don’t have complaints.

The room & location was great! Easy access to the station & port.

The location was situated in a safe beautiful area in the central neighborhood of Sorrento. It was an historical building 500 hundred years old. Easy walking to most all tourist areas. It was quiet and the room was fairly large, but the bathroom was a bit small. It would have been very nice to have a coffee/tea pot in the room to have a cup of coffee in the morning before going out.

Enjoyed speaking with Sergio. He offered nice restaurant suggestions, The food was really good, but he was wrong about days opened and times etc. We had to pivot a couple times to other spots.

Only negative is the bathroom size, but we knew that when booking, so not a complaint at all. Still worked ok.

Location was amazing, centrally walkable to everything in Sorrento, including the train station. We had a problem with the AC unit one night and after messaging the manager, they dealt with it immediately while we were gone. Facilities were clean and secure. There was no staff on site and we were only given 1 towel

So many stairs to climb with luggage!!!

Amazing location, walking distance from everywhere in Sorrento. The place is cozy and super clean The communication with the hosts is a little bit complicated, they are very nice, but do not answer quickly

Great location. Very large room. Despite being downtown it was very quiet. The staff was outstanding. It would have been nice if there was a coffee pot

Nothing we didn’t like

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful — everything was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Ilari at the front desk truly went above and beyond, welcoming us warmly, sharing helpful recommendations, and even providing a contact for a luggage service before check-in. We honestly couldn’t find any real drawbacks, except that the building had no elevator and we were on the fifth floor — a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

Il Palazzetto was perfect for us. The location was very close to Piazza Tasso and other places, the train station, the restaurants and shops. It would have been nice if a kettle was provided in the room with tea bags. What made the place exceptional is the added touch of Ilaria. She gave us a lot of good and detailed information for places to visit; she responded very quickly and accurately. She even carried our luggage on the first day up the stairs to our room. She was very friendly. We will miss her.

The location was perfect for being in the center of the cool old part of the town. It was spotless and the staff were all very friendly. I loved being in an old building in the middle of all the action. I was disappointed there wasn’t a hot pot in the room to make hot water for coffee or tea in the morning, especially since cafes nearby didn’t open until later in the morning.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Rooms were very large and very clean. Bathroom was well kept. Location was excellent, right in the middle of town. Close to everything. No elevator and the ceiling in the stairwell was low. Not a big problem, just something to be aware of!

The location was great, noisy but you're in the middle of the action. The staff member was excellent. She was welcoming and helpful and very kind. In room facilities lacking, couldn't make a cup of tea for 2 without asking for a kettle but with a broken plastic cup it was in adequate. Stairs were an issue but for older buildings in the middle of the town one should expect that. The bed and pillows were hard, plenty of space but nowhere to put your suitcase except on the floor.

Everything went well. The room was clean and was in the perfect location. Although the small street can be busy. It still was private and appealing.

Free upgrade for when we arrived. It’s right in the middle of town. It’s easy to walk to and walk to places Nothing!

Nothing I do not recommend it. They charged me 20 euros extra for late check-in. It was at 8:00 pm and I arrived at 8:15 pm. Honestly, there was zero tolerance or empathy. Furthermore, the fine was not in the policy and they did not inform me about it, that if I arrived late there would be any penalty. There were also a lot of stairs in the place and honestly I did not like it at all. I do not recommend it. There are better places in the area with better service and more flexibility.

Good communication from host. Fantastic location … pretty building and very comfy and clean room. Nothing to complain about at all. Sorry it was only one night !! Nothing
