The location was optimal. The staff were so friendly and hospitable!

Close to everything, very clean, good breakfast, 5’ from the beach, literally, and 50’ from the port. Quiet over night, 2 restaurants near by. We loved it.

Location near port/ferry. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good communication.

It was exceptional in every way. I wish we stayed longer than 4 nights. Perfect location to enjoy Capri, Positano, and Almalfi coast without the crowds.

Great location It was awkward because it’s a very busy place and the apartment was not very well marked. The parking was awkward and not clear that we had to pay $30 a day. The room was small and did not have a window that viewed the ocean. It did have a balcony that you could see part of the ocean, but it was looking parallel with the Shore not out to where the votes were. Maybe some of the other rooms were better that faced the water, but we were under the impression that ours would face the water so we feel like we were deceived a little bit.

Coming off the ferry was only a short walk to the location. The place exceeded our expectations, and we were really excited with how nice the room was. The elevator was only a short walk down the shoreline. We wish we had stayed here another night or two instead of Positano.

Big room and decent-sized bathroom. Close to lift and stairs to town as well as a good restaurant and beach clubs. Federico and Lidia were very pleasant and helpful. Federico organized our transports to/from airport as well as a great cooking class. Breakfast was very good and accommodated dietary needs. Our room had no view of the harbor while sitting down due to the cement balcony. The property is on a busy marina so be aware there will be lots of activity and noise during the day. Hot water and water pressure varied.

Super convenient... steps from the ferry, overall port and beach. Great view from the beautiful deck. Very modern, well-equipped room with large bed and luxurious bath. Very friendly and helpful staff, great home-made breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience! The port is busy during the day, but very peaceful with just the waves at night -- I slept very peacefully with the doors open. Visiting Sorrento center itself very easy either via walking up or taking the convenient elevator a short walk away behind the beach clubs.

Excellent property, great location, beautifully designed rooms with a nautical theme… loved it!! The property manager was very helpful also.

The breakfast was satisfactory. Our room had a 2 inch step down in the middle. The floor was all the same color so it was difficult to see the step down. We had some wobbly moments during our stay. A colored line would help with this issue during the day. Not sure how to navigate this issue in the dark at night for a bathroom visit.

We arrived earlier because of strike of the railway and they let us check in earlier. The location right across the ferry lines. The entire place is nicely maritim decorated. The breakfast is a lot of variety . There is also a bus stop around the corner. To the village up on the mountain.

They charged us €20 for lost key card. She asked for cash so we think it was a scam. This was after we had given her a really nice tip.

Really nice view directly by the port. Decoration gives you some really nice sailing vibes Good to know: checkin is on certain period of time, you need to let them know when you arrive Good to know: access is by the stairs down the port, so may not be suitable for everyone Our room had opened window on the bathroom which gives you little privacy to poop and shower A bit noisy with doors vibrating with wind I guess Not a problem in itself, but having around the staff watching you for breakfast was intimidating

Very nice view. You can’t beat the location for taking ferry’s. Short walk to lift to main town. Excellent stay would definitely stay again in the future.
