Rooms are quite comfortable but taking into consideration all the rest negative factors, it is not worth it for this huge money Extremely disappointing stay – feels like a hostel, not a 4-star hotel as declared by google or a 3 star hotel as declared by Booking.com. It costed a fortune ( 400 euro per night) and it is not worth it I almost never write long negative reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I feel I have to warn other travellers, especially families with children. Not a real hotel / no stars at all The residence looks and feels more like a hostel. According to the receptionist, the property officially has no star rating. At the same time, carpets, posters and other details all over the building show four stars, which clearly gives the impression that this is a 4-star hotel. In reality, it doesn’t reach even a basic 1-star standard in terms of comfort and services. No shuttle, very difficult access – you feel stuck The description mentions a shuttle, but there is no shuttle service in practice. Getting a taxi was extremely difficult: many taxi drivers simply refused to drive up the hill to the residence. We ended up feeling like prisoners in the forest, stuck inside the building with almost no way to get out without our own car. Rope park closed with no warning The rope park was one of the reasons we booked this place. When we arrived, we discovered that it was closed, apparently for the entire winter. There was no information about this on the booking site, so this was a major disappointment, especially if you come with kids expecting this activity. Food heavily focused on Slavic cuisine The food is clearly aimed at Slavic guests. If your usual diet is not close to Slavic cuisine, the meals will be very difficult to enjoy. I would not recommend this residence to international tourists from other regions who expect a more neutral or varied international buffet. Tiny, overcrowded pool The pool is very small and constantly crowded. It is almost impossible to swim or relax there.

The view from the balconies was amazing! The playroom was great for little kids. The first night we were there the worker was so intentional and interactive with the kids. I wish I would have gotten her name. She even made balloon animals. The rooms are massive. Very clean. The pool was a good size and the sauna was pretty big. Breakfast was different each morning and was a good mix of things. The location was great, an easy drive to jelenia gora, kopacz, and milkow. Eat at the Hanoi restaurant 9 minutes away, even if you want Polish food. Delicious. Get coffee from so coffee in milkow. We had the pistachio frappe and it was incredible. Must see is the Wang Church! The pool was kind of cold for some of us. Not freezing, it's definitely heated but not super warm. Saunas lights didn't work (they do have red light therapy though). Because we went in November a lot of the other facilities are closed (ropes course, badminton ect.) Movie theater is only on weekends and video games were not working at all. Really it was just the pool, kids playroom, and a small restaurant. The restaurant closes at 7pm.

Location, entrainment for kids and spacious room it other then that Don’t be fooled by the pictures! There are many other better 4* facilities such as Raddison blue in Szklarska Poreba way cheaper and with better facilities don’t book this hotel they are rip off. Pretty much everything. Everything felt like 2*. Our room heating couldn’t be switched off and stayed at 30 degrees through the night. The reception couldn’t care less they have not offered alternative room despite the hotel being only half booked. The pool is micro. Very busy and with very basic facility. The breakfast was awful! Very basic, very poor quality of products, small choice. Staff extremely rude when problems were pointed they ignored the problem. Staff also were very uninformed about their own products and services they have on offer. Misleading informations.

The property is clean and staff is nice. The breakfast room was inadequately heated, which caused the breakfast to feel cold, despite its good taste.

The location and view was amazing. Kids club animators really nice however they look very tired. Kids club was quite basic when it comes to the toys so if not for the animators, it would be very boring for the kids. Breakfast is nice but I find it quite expensive ( 75pln for adult). If you don’t eat a lot it is definitely overpriced. Internet is very poor, the pool area is very cold and the water is also not the warmest. The rooms miss the basic equipment like ie. iron, sanitary sets etc Also we asked at the front desk for the toothpaste/toothbrush set and they didn’t have it. So for a hotel with such a standard and price tag it is definitely something to improve.

Entire hotel seem to be new and well maintained. Cleanliness. Basen and cardio jim. Tasty pizza. Climat control in the room worked exceptionally well. Poor menu in cafeteria and its opening hours. When it was windy during our last night in the hotel it turned out that windows aren't tight enough, so there was a terrible draft, fortunatelly it was easy enough to mitigate.

A beautiful spot in nature, perfect for family relaxation. It also offers an indoor playground and a pool for kids to enjoy. The pool's water temperature could be a bit warmer, especially for toddlers.

Great location, amazing view, good facilities for kids, new and clean rooms. There was a super-loudly party on Saturtday night in hotel restaraunt which is located right under suits in a separate tent, hotel manager mentioned about that but convinced it's gonna be till 12, while it was till 3:00am with another hour of loud cleaning (sound of moving tables, etc) and loudly guests who still hanging around, night was a nightmare (our room was not exactly above the restaraunt, hard to imagine what other rooms that are closer experienced), especially considering full hotel of families with small kids, I completely understand that it can be loudly in hotels but till 11-12:00, but not more than half of the night. Very sad that they didn't think about their guests at all. Also worth mentioning that swimming pool is very small for such a big hotel as well as restaurant for breakfast (we weren't satifsfied with breakfast either, few options, 1 coffe machine with a long queue, poor choice of drinks).
