Overall the hotel - the view & entrance to the terrace, ... It’s a shame you can’t walk all the way around the damn, you have to pay extra for the parking - that’s not included in the price of the stay

Nice breakfast This place is full of families with screaming and crying children. Just be aware if you are thinking about romantic stay for two ;-) Ps; I have and love children.
-
Guests were entering the sauna wearing wet swimsuits, and no one was monitoring this. Overall, I feel like the spa is understaffed.

The room doesn’t have any closed storage spaces—only open shelves, which is inconvenient if you don’t want guests or housekeeping staff to see your private belongings. The hotel restaurant has significant delays in the evenings. We waited an hour for supper and another 30 minutes for dessert. In addition, our appetizers were brought out together with the main course for no apparent reason, and we also noticed that some other guests received incorrect dishes. For these reasons, we do not recommend having supper there, although the food itself was good.

Beautiful resort with country location but still close to town. Excellent breakfast and staff. Gorgeous corner suite with lakeview was perfect for our anniversary weekend.

I like Spa area, sports equipment. There are a lot of activities for the guests - alpacas, bicycles, yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness. We spent great time in this hotel.
-
The view, The rooms Not too much to do with kids, especially outside. The outdoor pool is tiny - for a couple of people.

Great service throughout! Children's play areas were amazing and very clean. The restaurant was great and the food delicious! Not much negative about this resort.

You need to request the cleaning service and the timing of the cleaning service is till 21-00! It could be too many people in the swimming pool or canteen depending on the hours.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. What we liked: - The hotel is very comfortable and cozy. - The food was absolutely delicious in all the restaurants across the complex. - The location is stunning and picturesque, perfect for a relaxing getaway. - The spa area is well-designed and a great place to unwind. - Rooms are warm and inviting. - It’s close to Karpacz, which makes it ideal for mountain hiking. What could be improved: - Room cleaning is only done upon request, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in — we only found out in the additional information later. - The shower design is odd - if you accidentally move the wrong way, water floods the entire bathroom. - The hotel advertises a walk around the lake as a great family activity, but in reality, there is no actual path from the hotel around the lake. A part of the walk requires walking along a narrow shoulder of a busy road, which is not ideal or safe for children. - The internet connection is absolutely terrible — it either doesn’t work at all or is so slow it’s unusable. You’re better off relying on your mobile data. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort, food, and natural surroundings - just keep in mind a few things.

location was great No water in the shower in both morning, breakfast only at 10.30, overcrowded

The pools are apparently dirty water because we “bring”something from them several times.. It is not possible to reserve a place in the restaurant. The receptionist was very unpleasant and when we asked for an ice bucket, she said that she didn't understand us and then discontentedly said to ask at the bar

Location, view, outdoor swimming facilities. The storage situation in the rooms is horrendous. For a three-room apartment with four adults, there is only one small open wardrobe in the hallway and three hooks next to it and nothing in bedrooms. There is absolutely no closed storage anywhere except in the kitchenette. There wasn't even a stool to place a suitcase on. The bathroom storage is also lacking - just one tiny heater and a single hook, which is definitely not enough for all towels and robes. As a result, the rooms looked messy all the time simply because there was nowhere to put anything. The kitchen setup is quite standard but disappointing: the 'coffeemaker' is just a kettle with instant coffee sticks. Kitchenware consists of only cups and single-use spoons. There was no dish soap, no paper towels, and no trash sorting system. Additionally, the bedding was not comfortable - tiny duvets, super flat pillows.

The hotel offers a decent breakfast with good options and decent coffee, there is welcome champagne offered which was a nice gesture. This review is only of our experience and not of the hotel as a whole. We visited at a very busy Christmas period. We have booked a room with a mountain view which is paid additionally. There was no mountain view in our room, only another building view. I complained in the reception and requested another room, to which I got a short reply that our room is considered to be a "mountain view". I've included photos for your judgment. There was no apology, no discount offered, nothing. Outside there is a nice view of the lake, however, the hotel is close toa busy road, hence if you don't have an actual view and want to walk outside to see the lake and mountain it's not a peaceful experience. Our bed was relatively narrow of 160cm with thin bed covers. The walls of the room are thin and neighbours can be clearly heard, especially kids running in the corridor. Overall I've had a much better experience in other hotels in Karpacz and Szklarska Poreba.
