The rooms are a bit outdated, and the accessibility for disabled individuals needs to be reconsidered, especially the stairs leading to the gym in the main building. Additionally, the flush for the toilets should be fixed to reduce water waste, especially during the summer when the country is experiencing water shortages. The food options are a bit repetitive, so it would be great to introduce more themes of local and international cuisines. Lastly, the receptionist who checked us out early in the morning was quite rude. A simple smile and a kind word would have made a significant difference. The taxis at the hotel entrance lack a favorable reputation due to their excessively high tariffs.

This hotel is below average and certainly does not justify its 4-star rating or price point. Both the rooms and common areas are outdated and in desperate need of renovation. Our stay was physically uncomfortable; the room was unpleasantly warm, yet we were told AC was unavailable because only heating is provided during this "season." We were forced to sleep with the balcony door open, enduring wind and noise just to reach a bearable temperature. To make matters worse, the dining policy is poorly communicated. Despite our stay including dinner, we weren't told at check-in that a table reservation was required. When we arrived for dinner, the staff was rude and blamed us for not having a booking. After a completely unnecessary confrontation, they finally assigned us a table - a simple solution that could have avoided a lot of stress. I do not recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The restaurant was a true highlight , the food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options, and everything was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

This was my third stay at this hotel this year, and unfortunately, each time I return, I notice a clear decline in service quality, which is very disappointing. ✅ What’s still good: • The location remains excellent — close to the Medina and Rue Habib Bourguiba. • My room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. • That said, the TV only had Tunisian channels, which felt limited. ❌ What went wrong this time: • Check-in experience was poor: Despite arriving late and well after peak time, I had to wait a long time to check in. No explanation, no sense of urgency. • Restaurant service was frustrating and felt discriminatory: • At dinner, I arrived at 8 PM and was told to wait for a table, as they assign one for your entire stay. I waited over 15 minutes, yet foreign guests were seated within 2 minutes of arriving. • When I finally placed my plate and went to get a drink (since they never serve drinks for Arab guests, apparently), I returned to find my table cleared, plate thrown away, and the waiter simply ignored me. • Beach bar staff were unprofessional: • Long waiting times with no staff at the desk. • They seemed to prioritize guests based on tipping, not service order. • Pool area was chaotic and unsafe: • A group of teens were jumping from the bridge into the pool, disturbing others. • No lifeguards intervened, even when they jumped near or on other guests. • They even climbed the toboggan while it was closed, with no staff supervision at all. • Entertainment/animation was lacking: • The afternoon activities were completely missing, which was especially disappointing as I returned mainly for the entertainment that my nephew enjoys. • If not for that, I wouldn’t have come back, especially after experiencing discriminatory behavior from certain waiters. I really regret coming back to this hotel. The service has become worse with each stay, and it’s hard to ignore the difference in treatment between guests. Management needs to take feedback seriously and train staff better — especially in hospitality, equality, and professionalism.

Lovely gardens and grounds with a soft sandy beach. The rooms were dirty and old. No AC in the rooms and was not safe to leave the balcony door open at night with a toddler. Too warm at night. Food was okay.
