Loved the team spirit decorations in the lobby! The suite was spacious and very comfortable.

Breakfast was great, with a lot more choices than I’m used to! Staff was a bit reserved, not as friendly as some, and I didn’t like the rule about not leaving your pet in the room at all, as it made finding a place to eat dinner more difficult

Good location, lots of free parking. Room small but adequate. The breakfast buffet was also adequate At check in we were given a roomm that was already occupied. When we entered it was fortunate that the other guest was not in the room. When we returned to reception the check in person was disinterested and dismissive of the issue. In the bathroom we discovered feces in the floor. In our second day when we returned to our room the room key would not function. We advised reception and it required 30 mins for the issue to be rectified. Again the problem was treated with no urgency.

Very nice bathroom! The AC was also incredible! Room stayed at a perfect temp Breakfast was a little lack luster. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and a little chewy

Exceptional

The room was in need of some maintenance. Shower door brackets loose, TP holder loose, some trim around floor damaged.

This hotel was last used by me two years ago. Since that time the property has seen an unexpected decline in appearance. My recent room #212 had an inoperable shower door, two of the four paintings were gone leaving only the brackets, and when you walked in there was a noticeable stain on the wall. Outside there was serious deterioration on the pillar base going into the lobby
