room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was nice didn't have glasses in the room

Very old, needs updating. Bathroom old with bad shower, carpets old. Room too hot and couldn’t adjust it. Staff very nice. Wasn’t worth the money.

The worst day ever the Manager was very cold stiff mean nasty. She said my dogs were not service. Dogs and my dogs are absolutely serviced. Dogs. My therapist has a registered letter by my therapist stating that my dogs are service dogs.plus she was rude an didn't know how to talk to people $

The staff was pleasant and the room was spacious The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, the door even when locked wouldn’t close all the way

The front desk people were kind when I checked in. I also checked in with service animals. The management started giving me problems within the first 12 hour saying my dogs were not service animals. I have a letter from my therapist stating that my animals are therapy Dogs and service animals very rude bad service she is needing to be replaced with somebody that is much more kinder they can hold the position. She was rude snotty and had a bad disposition.

Older hotel but clean. Breakfast was great in the morning but the coffee was horrible. Luckily a Dunkin Doughnuts right across the street. Didn't use the pools but both indoor and outdoor pool areas appeared nice. Really nice bar/restaurant inside Hotel.

The staff we’re so nice. The place is so nice both pools were fun I had an amazing night. There so Glad I decided to stay here for my birthday.💞 will totally come back!

Concierge was polite. The hotel said the internet was free but neither mine and my hubby's iPad was unable to be connected. Let it to work, found it still working after 30 minutes. They should let us know it wasn't free, if it wasn't working. There was no space let my toiletries be placed in the bathroom. Though it was rolling shower style there needs to be a way to place little ones like a tooth paste, etc, at least
