Couldn’t use the workout room or pool m. Room had bugs or something going on that turned the refrigerator off and had to throw our food out. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Not what we’ve experienced at à la Quinta before. Disappointing

The staff was not friendly at all. They did not act like the customer was a priority and most of the time they weren't at the desk.

Overall clean . Staff was very friendly, disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance and that some of the bathrooms were closed as well.

The location was close to the interstate, as well as to my destination. The staff was professional. The breakfast was actually pretty good. I didn't like that there was an additional charge for early check-in before 3 PM. I arrived in the city at 10 AM, which was much earlier than expected. I had to satellite an unfamiliar area until I was finally able to check in.

The staff member that checked me in had problems saying it was the system but did give me a room seeing I had a reservation. I wish he had told me that breakfast stopped at 9 am, I came down right after 9, saw the food but the room was blocked for entry.

I like the location and breakfast. I didn't like my room not being clean staying multiple days over the weekend. I was told rooms were only cleaned during the week, Monday and Wednesday only. I had to visit the front desk to retrieve towels or other items.

Nothing. Badly in need of repair Did not like the rain coming in my window and there was also a small flood on the main floor from rain coming in from different windows. Room was dirty. My dog found popcorn and gummy’s on the floor of our room Could not take breakfast items to our room. Difficulty checking in. My reservation said Jim and my drivers license said James. I had to change my booking to get checked in. NEVER La Quinta again
