This is a great place to stay. Clean and very comfortable.
-
Clean rooms. I love complimentary drinks at arrival.
-
I’ve stayed here a cpl times, and I love how clean and conviennent this hotel is. Their includes breakfast is AMAZING and makes it easily worth the stay! Staff is always kind and friendly.
-
NBC suites is always a nice place to stay as they have a good breakfast selection and their evening. Happy hour is nice to have a cocktail and a little snack.
-
When I was checking in, found out that the room I had reserved was no available and was forced to have a lesser quality room with a very snide comment about booking direct if I wanted my reservation honored. Now how this couldn't have been communicated prior so I could have made other arrangements I don't know. Got the same kind of response when I sent a note when asked about how check in went. Maybe don't put your rooms on third party vendors if you aren't going to honor reservations? Otherwise the place is an average hotel at best, if it doesn't have the size of the rooms going for it, probably no reason to give them your business. Certainly not going to get any kind of customer service.

I wood stay there again
-
It was warmer outside then in our room & we went to go warm up outside So me and my son didn’t sleep very well.
-
Hot water did not work. The climate control wouldn’t let the heat work they told me they fixed it front desk froze all night then tried to check out the next day said there was no manager and wouldn’t let me check out

I mean, what?? How was that good customer service. The only reason I’m giving a three star review is because the breakfast service and employees were amazing! However, front of the house staff, Francisco, could use some improvement in helping customers feel welcome.
-
Clean. Very nice overall appearance. Great breakfast with made-to-order omelet. The value of the breakfast easily takes $40 off of the cost of the room. Couldn't figure out how to order an on-demand movie.
-
Proximity to destination That we needed to pay an additional $10 for parking
-
Wouldn't recommend anymore. Not as nice it was previously.

Breakfast
-
The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped. They rent out their pool for swim lessons without notifying the hotel guests.
-
The carpets in the hall were extremely dirty and they decided to clean them during the evening hours and leave the fans running the entire night. The staff were friendly, however the quality of the hotel this time didn't equate to the price.
-
The breakfast was AMAZING!! Our room was beautiful!! The parking was very convenient in the parking garage considering how hot it was! Over amazing experience. The system was down when we got there but it didn't really make it an inconvenience for us. The wifi wouldn't work at all and that did suck.

I had a reservation and when I arrived the hotel manager had canceled my reservation. I was told that I had been relocated, which I wasn’t. Mario at the front desk wasn’t any help. I chose this hotel because me and my sister were traveling alone and I wanted a nice place, in a good location.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great!

Excellent breakfast! Spacious well thought out suite. Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. Head area of mattress angled down hill, some strange man tried to push open door to enter room, because hubby left door dead bolt open to property door open ling enough to grab ice. Guess he didn't like my service dogs teeth! She didn't bark at him she just rumbled and showed him her pearly, whites! Not only does she assist me, she is very protective.
