We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly.

Location, fire pit, pleasant My shower head was broken, couldn’t position the way I wanted.

I got there right at check in and my room wasn’t ready. The person in front of me checking in was offered a bag of 4 bottles of water but it wasn’t offered to me even do I waited almost 25 minutes for my room to be ready. Shower head was broken.

Very convenient location for dining, getting to the beach and other activities. Two things that could be improved upon. 1) the lighting in the room was terrible. Just a few lamps that could not be moved at all and gave very low illumination 2) we were told house keeping was every other day but after two days no one had come . Had to request that trash be emptied and towels replaced . There is a coffee maker in the room but without housekeeping coming we had to request the little coffee pods each day .

We were in the area for a wedding and the hotel was fine for a 2-night stay. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean, I used the workout room, it was small but all new equipment and clean. Location was fine to allow you access to the surrounding beach town and was situated in an area that had a few restaurants.

Hotel is good, clean, and a comfortable bed. Other guests were loud but finally quieter after 11. And the ac unit (Split system? located under the window) was very noisy. Shower and amenities were good. The included buffet breakfast was ok and convenient -the eggs and coffee were good, fresh, etc. The price was high but that was because it was summer and a beach location. Everything was good.

We paid a high rate for this room and didn't realize it was so far away from the town of narragansett. It's a very standard hotel, room, breakfast, etc. Nothing exciting. Serviceable.

Everything was great. My only complaint was that the carpeting in our room and in the hallways was very worn out and dirty looking. Also, the pool didn't look very good the few times we went to check it out.

Everything was great. Shower valve needs to be replaced soon but everything was still functional. I would definitely stay again. A+ breakfast

Great location for us to visit Newport without being in the heart of downtown. We had our dog and the rooms were perfect for all of us

Hotel accommodations were comfortable, clean and quiet- just the way I like them. Room was a good size and amenities were great. Front staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and the selection, although limited, was good. Excellent choice in the area and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very helpful staff. Our AC in our room did not work and they gave us a different room for the 2nd night. They were fully booked the first night so they gave us free snacks from the snack market
