On top of that, there were no basic amenities like shampoo provided, which is something you’d reasonably expect. When we asked about it, we were simply told to go buy it from a nearby store, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, the lack of cleanliness attention and poor response from the host made our stay frustrating. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience.

Location is excellent, convenient to go any where Apartment is nicely decorated, clean and tidy Apartment is spacious, comfortable to stay. Apartment is well prepared for the guests for there are sufficient bathroom and laundry supplies. Not like hotel, can approach anyone any time Carpark is a bit trying . After the first time, it becomes not so difficult. Can only use the apartment, but not facilities of the building like gym, garden, swimming pool etc May be difficult to catch Taxi , no availability at front door, unlike Eureka Tower.

Well-connected with a lot of amenities, restaurants and interesting places to visit such as the promenade along the Yarra River, Melbourne Sports Arena and Arts Centre Melbourne. Couldn't connect to Fox TV even though the staff tried

Excellent location. Very nice property, would stay again.

We didn't like getting stuck in the elevator and not being able to communicate with the person on the telecom.

Apartment was very clean and in an amazing spot in the city. Views are great. Spare beds are on wheels and move around a lot if you toss and turn even a little.

Location was good The screen door going out to the balcony was to heavy, there was no pool or gym for us to use. They could give you more on arrival as a welcome gift not just a small carton of milk. The mattress was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Found broken items in the apartment. They need puratap filtered water to drink. They didn’t take your bags to the room.

Every thing Nothing

Fantastic central location. The apartment was very well equipped, had great views and was spotless Only 1 small negative. Booking information said there was a gym and pool. It wasn't clear that to use you had to become a member which we were told wasn't worth doing for a 1 week stay
