Clean , wish they had a free breakfast

Quiet Easy to get to and plenty of parking near lobby Very courteous staff A little pricey but you get what you pay for

Clean spacious room, great breakfast, helpful staff

The lobby area and overall property was just as big. It was much bigger than I anticipated. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to my needs and answered my questions upon check in. They key cards worked (last property I stayed had terrible key cards, preventing entry to room). The room was clean, spacious, and in excellent condition. All of the necessities were there to use. The bed was comfortable. There was a bar across the front desk but I did not use it. A quick glance of their menu and business hours were available to see in the elevator and other areas. It seemed well kept. There's a buffet breakfast which was reasonably priced. The food was actually decent in comparison to other properties that offer breakfast. I did not use any other their other on site serviess such as laundry or fitness room. I enjoyed my time at this property, which I never have known about prior to my stay. This is in fact the longest, detailed review I've written, which means I'd gladly return here again!

Just poorly kept.

Just to clarify what needs to happen with the outside areas- the front of the building had the only outdoor seating available with benches or seating you didn’t have to bring out yourself. It was the smoking section, so there were smokers out and some left cigarettes ashes and butts outside of the recepticales, there were miscellaneous stains on the ground which could have easily been cleared with power washing. The pool area had seating inside, but the tables and chairs were outdated and rusty. There were tables outside behind the pool area but you have to bring the chairs out for yourself. The tables back there were very dated and rusty.

On multiple visits the hotel has appeared shabby and worn. The carpets, bathroom tiles, wallpaper, fixtures are all tired and stained and stuffed. The air conditioning sometimes doesn't work in rooms. The front desk staff however is pretty good and if you bring problems to their attention they do their best to fix them or move you. It's located right off of Highway so you can hear some noise but it's not located near much of anything useful except inconvenience store and a gas station. The the closest restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away.

Room was not cleaned two days. Cleaning was oftem late when it did happen. Tub was not cleaned. Hot water took long to get to shower Food was awful. Insufficient staff. Some staff had attitude. I won't stay there again.

The entrance smells strongly of chlorine.

EASY LOCATION -- LOTS OF AMENITIES... i DIDN'T NEED BUT OTHERS SEEMED TO ENJOY LIKE POOL. GREAT MORNING COFFEE...CORTEOUS STAFF

Hotel is terrible outdated. My room had a clean bathroom, but there were holes in one of the room walls and lots of water damage on the ceiling. Room also had a strange smell. Walls were paper-thin making it difficult to sleep. Bed was stated a queen, but my husband swore it was not that big. Checkout staff was fine, check in staff was not very friendly. Checked out a day early, will never go back.

In house Restaurant served food that caused food poisoning. They only have small bottles of soaps. No microwave, Coffee maker had a moldy coffee pod and no coffee cups. Shower drain was plugged. Water filter on hall fountain requested to be change but took 2 days and multiple calls. Internet spotty and told had to go to desk to get logged in. Also said they would send housekeeper to fix TV internet and never did. Elevators are not always in working order and fireman took a while to get people out. Pool has paint pealing around the pool and poor ventilation.

Aden and Amber at the front desk were amazing and helpful. Bar staff friendly. Hotel is a little on the older side as far as rooms are concerned but overall rating for a few nights stay is GREAT!

The restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.

Wish there was a basic no-fee breakfast

The staff was awesome Someone had a dog that was barking I couldn't sleep that well
