The breakfast was good. It was a good location, a short walk down to the center of activities and some other restaurants. It was overall a very good stay.

The location was breathtaking, the breakfast was like home made tipic transilvanian, and the Spa was really relaxing. I hope I can return soon. The coffee was not tasty at breakfast, and they did not have lactosefree milk.

The restaurant and breakfast area are really small .The front desk clerk seems to be really upset with everyone he needs to check his attitude.... .

A relaxing location with quality facilities. The room with panorama view is perfect to see the Sovata area. The breakfast was very good with local food also for vegetarians. The SPA is a relaxing place and very good for us.

Excellent location with nice panoramic view. The food was amazing. Genuine Transylvania kitchen, taste and big portion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place where to stay with the family. Highly recommended Everything was excellent. I couldnt find anything which i didnt like. So for me its the best place where you can relax during your vacation.

We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Swedish style breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly personnel and willing to accommodate to your needs. Rooms are not very well insulated, you could hear very easy the voices from the room near. Luckily the people were civilized and didn’t make any noise. There was no description of the facilities in Romanian or English! I found not polite to have one in Hungarian. It also not according to the fire safety laws to miss instructions in the local language.

Spacious rooms, nice view from the balcony, cozy terrace. Breakfast was tasty with various local sausages. The pool area also has a nice view. The staff was very friendly and even offered to switch rooms since we had difficulties with he stairs. Overall a nice and well maintened hotel. Te stairs might be an issue if you have health problems.
