At the checkout we were let go without any welcome back greetings… no questions asked, no hope to see you back… it felt a bit dry. With all this I would still go back to the hotel.

The restaurant staff were great. Room was nice size, beautiful grounds. Loved the outdoor spa. The reception staff the first night we got there were simply rude and seemed annoyed with us. They tried to charge us for an extra bed although our room capacity was for 3 people...we were 3. The lady who checked us in reluctantly walked with us to make our pull-out bed and even asked me to help with the bedding...which I did but all in all it was the lack of hospitality and poor customer service that put a stain on our experience unfortunately.

Location is excellent, small spa area was good (extra fee to use), desk staff was nice and arranged for dinner to be held for us when we were running very late for check in. Included dinner food was good. AC worked well. Be careful what room you book! There seem to be very nice updated rooms and apartments available, but the one we got, 23A Duplex, was awful for the high price we paid. Pictures of room did not match the apartment we received. Ratty, dirty throw rugs, worn out, outdated furniture, hard scratchy towels, weird layout. Incredibly hard bed, two sofa beds instead of additional beds - one of which is dirty and peeling its ‘leather’ coating. Whole apartment in desperate need of an update. Many, many steps to get to room and then many steps inside the room; bathroom is on the bottom level, so be extremely careful if you need to use the bathroom in the night. Soap in bathroom was empty. (Tub was pretty good, at least). Disappointing, because we were very excited about this stay. :(

Great location, enough heat in the winter period, very good bed, very clean, quiet, a lot of parking spaces, in other words, everything you need from an accommodation.

We really enjoyed the 2 Spa they have on the property. Another thing that the kids enjoyed was the food. We don’t have anything that we didn’t like

Great location just next to the more family friendly Lacul Negru, helpful and friendly staff, good food, the place was very clean and quiet. We were there for 5 days and towels were never changed, and the communication with the outside bar staff didn't work very well at times.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The wider hotel was very pleasant and breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

Friendly staff. Food OK with decent prices. Lovely location. SPA is great. You have to pay for all sorts of extras such SPA, bathrobe.
