The hotel and room were clean but I had to clean the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the bathroom sink and then spray them down with Lysol as the room had a funky smell. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom sink and shower. They need better water pressure. The staff and front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't eat breakfast because we stopped at a nearby Dunkin every morning for coffee. Parking was convenient as there was plenty of spaces and it was self parking which was included. We had free WiFi in the room but it was kind of a weak signal.

The breakfast was varied and good for a free breakfast. The room was small (typical) but the refrigerator was so small it was virtually useless. Everything else was adequate.

It’s was a clean room, the only thing was we left my husbands lunch that we got the night before out because it was still too hot to put in the micro fridge and when we woke up it was covered in ants!!!

Clean rooms, most of staff was friendly, good breakfast. My only complaint was the pool said it was open 10-10 but was closed when we went down at 8.

Great service, clean fresh room. Breakfast area was clean, food was hot. Overall great experience!

We checked in at around 1130pm and before 12 midnight we found a cockroach in our room. I immediately addressed the situation and asked for a refund to go find a clean room. He informed me that I would have to wait until the manager came in the next am. At 730 I spoke to another lady who reimbursed for the rest of my trip but did not reimburse me for the night that I asked for my money back to begin with. It was a hassle and I would greatly appreciate if I got a refund back for the night that I had to stay even though I had been there less than an hour. I stayed at this property last year and has no problems. No one should have to worry about finding another hotel room due to cockroaches
