Pungent odor, dirty and staff was very rude

Pool was shut down, even after I had asked and made sure it was open before I made reservation. They did finally open it after I had conversation with management.

There was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom and main room. There was a dehumidifier in the room and the bathroom door wouldn't shut due to it being busted around the knob from a forced entry. There was no working smoke detectors. My wife fell due to slipping in a puddle of water from a leaking toilet supply line requiring stitches. There was no first aid kit available. However all this being said the kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

It was nasty

The staff is good. Room is decent. Pool is good for relaxing.

Absolutely nothing I felt stuck at that location Roaches crawling across the floor bed sheets dirty pull of cases had blood on them bedspreads had holes in them advise the location and they said because I wanted a smoking room that's why it's like that had to be moved from one room to another because of air condition issues second room just as bad as the first. Their comment because I chose a smoking room is a bunch of bull I still paid for that room and should have gotten better a better room not roaches calling across the floor not dirty sheets and no holes in the in bedspread. I also feel it's bull because I'm paid for a room that I wanted to smoke in. I didn't not take pictures on purpose did not want a mental memory of that place.

They ask for $50 deposit/ the cockroach didn’t let me sleep but it was just for emergency night , I will never used again but appreciate

That’s a main reason I chose this hotel. Rude counter guy said no breakfast. There was absolutely nothing offered and website said there was a breakfast… not even muffins. No coffee in the morning either. No WiFi either. Staff, breakfast, clean blanket on bed. Coffee pot in room. Ice and plastic cups in room. I paid with card before I got there. He told me I HAD TO PAY 50.00 deposit in cash when I checked in. I argued and said he told me I could pay with card on phone.

Very dissatisfied with my stay . Cleaning lady never came for my 7 day stay. I had to take out own trash and sweep my own room. Also you cant sleep at night due to all the non - guest traffic. Had someone rev there engine loudly for 30 min intervals on and off for 4 hours finally blowing up his car right outside my room. Shower didn't drain from the start . Overall will not go back

There is a McDonald’s on one side and a burger kind on the other also has a taco truck in parking lot room was decent paring from about 4 semis for overnight parking in the burger kind parking lot Seems to be a lot of traffic from people staying long term

The only thing good about this what is the bathroom but not even that because the light was out it's a big no-no ever Everything it's a horrible place to stay at old outdated staff is rude. You have people that lived there drinking bottles broken from them drinking the night before it was disgusting cigarettes everywhere staff was rude if you go there, please drive right by that place do not even consider staying there. The comforters were nasty like somebody slept on them already.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The towels/rags had stains when we called to ask for new ones the day we arrived they said we could not get anything extra until the next day. There is a tv in the room but there isn’t any cable or channels available to watch.

Location AC working well Roaches everywhere Refrigerator leaking water No hot water at sink, but there was hot water at shower. Preview photo of pool showing sign saying "Poo Open" pool closed, had cover still on it.

Excellent place , all clean and not smoke

No coffee pots in the room I asked for a smoking room handicap room and got neither one with giving a no smoking room and had to pay additional $50 for up front

the rooms could be a bit better and the other ppl that stay here r ridiculous, but that's not hotels fault I guess
