I had a nice stay for a week, and the staff were all great, the food in the restaurant was great. Nice cozy happy hour bar scene. I definitely recommend.

The hotel needed refreshing in certain areas. Did feel safe the way the door locks work. The hotel was not busy at all. It is near a university and students are not in classes now.

During our stay a customer left clothes in the washing machine for over 24hrs. We expressed our concern to the front desk as our team needed to wash uniforms. One of the parents had to drive to a local laundry mat to wash and dry. Highly disappointed with conflict resolution especially when they knew who the clothes belonged too.

Overall, everything was okay, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I noticed a blood stain on my bed sheet, which was really unpleasant, and my daughter’s bed also had a strange mark on it. I’d stayed here before and had a much better experience, but this visit did not meet the same standards. So unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

I didn’t get breakfast There was no refrigerator in the room and the AC unit was noisy.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is the best. The only downfall I would say is that it is close to nothing except the hospital. We had a hard time finding places to eat and would often just eat at the hospital or the hotel. There is a wonderful Jamaican restaurant across the street, but that was it.

From check-in to check-out, our stay here was fantastic. The drinks at the bar were excellent. The food at the bar and in the dining room was well prepared and beautifully presented. Our room was comfortable -- absolutely love the showerhead with its wide dispersal. Fantastic. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice in-lobby bar setting with billiards. Walkable to nearby bars and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff, easy and fast check-in. Beautiful outdoor spaces.

Evening bartender was great; we remembered each other for a previous stay. Free billiards is nice. Tight parking spaces.
