The location was an easy walk from bus stop/ferry port. Easy walk to center of the city and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach too! It’s approximately 2 full flights of stairs to the room so just make sure you can carry your luggage.

Too many stairs to the apartment. Walls are thin so you could hear the people in the next room.

Fabulous location near the Riva and the beach. AC was not cool enough to handle the heat wave. Although I made the reservation the host kept communicating through my travel companion.

The host was always available for all our questions or needs. Very nice, clean place among location was great. Everything was great.

My accommodation in that facility was great. Location is perfect, 5 min walking distance to Bacvice beach where you can sunbath & swim. 7-8 min walking distance to old town city center. 2 min walking distance to Tommy hypermarket where you can find everything. Room was clean and wide, my host Zeljan is so friendly and he cared with my all details. Price/performance balance was great, price was also OK in september but I dont know about high season. I strongly recommend that place to stay.

Interior decorating was superb. The patron was very obliging and willing and helpful Bed linen not the correct size for the bed. Needed second pillow

Location is away from the crowds but close to the city beach and the historic centre of split. Room was a generous size and had all the amenities. The host was knowledgeable and friendly. Weldome drink on arrival was a nice touch. N/A

The property is a perfect place to stay for an overnight before heading out to maybe one of the islands. There is a high level of attention to detail. Everything is spotlessly clean and arranged thoughtfully. The host is helpful and communication was easy. We would happily stay here again, especially with the close proximity to the beach and port. Just a very small thing. There were welcome drinks on arrival which was very kind but I would have preferred a bottle of cold water in the fridge.

The host was so kind in explaining the area perfectly and waiting for us. We will forever recommend this place. It was very clean, tidy, stylish and the area was perfect. There was also a supermarket next door, cafeteria infront and we also had parking available on street. We loved everything

Can’t beat the location. Very quiet. One direction is a 5 minute walk to the beach. In the other direction it’s a 5 minute walk to the bustling city center. Our room was clean and modern. AC was great. Beach towels were provided. Communication, check in, check out was easy. Thank you Design B&B!

Stayed 1 night. The host was very helpful and it was easy to reach him on the phone. Nice place and good location.

Good location

One of the owners greeted us with a welcome drink which was really appreceated in the heat. He was really nice and gave us good advise on places to visit. It’s obvious that the owners put a lot of effort and love into this place. The bed was relly comfy and TV was big. Good shower and a lot of closet space. Safe in room. All was good

Nice, peaceful, clean room inside a residential building. The balcony was nice: even it was towards the street, large trees isolated it from the noise and direct sunlight. The cold breakfast was excellent: freshly prepared for you and cost only 12EUR. Very friendly and helpful host: we were there already before noon and we could leave our bags even if the room wasn't ready yet. The location is good between the old town and beaches, also close to the ferry terminals.

Everything was amazing. Location is so close to both the beach , town and Riva strip. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was clean , spacious and comfy.I would definitely stay here again when returning to Split. Nothing , all was perfect.
