Location was good however very difficult to get to our room, but the staff was very helpful and very accommodating

An excellent choice on Split for exploring the city with included breakfast. The hotel was nice comfortable and staff were friendly and welcoming. The area was in residential so you could see lots of locals that was nice! You have to walk about 10 minutes to the property from the main promenade of Split and the room I stayed was little cosy!

It started with the excellent communication before we even got there. The hotel is in a car-free zone but it is right on the edge so our taxi was able to drop us off about twenty meters away, making it the perfect location. A staff member walked with us to our room helping with our baggage. It felt like a brand new room and was immaculate with the breakfast room just step away. We had an early excursion leaving before breakfast was to start, but the hotel arranged it so we could have an early breakfast. The breakfast room was immaculate and the staff was incredibly accommodating with our early breakfast. They did the same thing again on the morning we had to get our ferry. We loved Divota Apt Hotel and when we come back to Split we will stay there again. Everything in our room was excellent from the cleanliness to the amenities to the comfort. Thank you

Location is very convenient to old town, room was big, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was clean and well located. It was a good place to stay before our flight back home. Nothing!

The room was a nice size and clean The bath could have a support handle in or near the tub. It’s high and there is a risk of slipping. Better pillows as well.

Great breakfast, wonderful location! the only point was the stairs and I thought the yoga room is accessible anytime but it was hours of classes.

I loved living close to the locals but at the same time a short walk to the old town. We were able to wash a few items. The breakfast was the best! We stayed at 4 different hotels prior but this breakfast beat all of them.

Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in restaurant close by which was included. There was a musty smell in room and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Wonderful staff, amazing location, comfortable bed and clean facility. Beautiful window outlooking as well. The shower was a bit leaky, it was a bit weird and I had to lay out a lot of towels on the ground

The staff stood out for me. Extremely pleasant, super helpful. Both the lady Ajla at welcome and the gentleman at checkout on the 23rd August. Amazing people! I was told so much valuable informaiton about places to go when I checked in and it was so helpful. I knew things many of the other tourists I met had no idea about. The room was nice, well air-conditioned and was cleaned properly everyday in a very unintrusive manner. Would definitely recommend. Location is also fantastic.

Great location, wonderful staff, loved that breakfast was at a central restaurant! The balcony upgrade was not worth it. You have to walk through the shower to get to the balcony.

Staff helped carry the suitcase of my wife up the stairs. Very good location, quiet but also close to the old city center. Spacious room. Breakfast isn't in the hotel itself, but in a restaurant a few minutes walk on a big square with a nice view. The showerhead was broken and water went in all directions. The walk from the reception to the room and then up the stairs with the suitcase.
