Great breakfast, amazing staff, great location Nothing

Great location, amazing staff nice and comfortable rooms.

Excellent and easy location in town. Breakfast prepared on the spot with a large menu selection. Reception up one floor and room up another floor. Quiet enough and away from main thoroughfares. Room tidy and decorated nicely with extra touches. Staff super friendly and happy to help with bags from parking they reserved for us a 10 minute walk away. Definitely a step up in quality boutique hotel. Highly recommend. I expected parking would be a walk away and staff super happy to meet and carry bags. Nothing we didn’t like.

The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and breakfast was very nice. The staff was very nice, Luka was especially endearing and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the best place for an gelato and helped us with our heavy luggage, we really appreciated that. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian only section, the hotel has dedicated parking in a parking garage which worked out very smoothly.

The loacation of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything. Room #1 , right near the front desk and breakfast room, was dreadful. There was no privacy. We could hear everything outside and presumably anyone else could hear us on the inside.

Villa Split is a lovely property. The staff is fabulous and goes out of their way to accommodate any request (and anticipate your needs!) we actually stayed at both locations- they are about a block apart. The older building has a lovely courtyard where you can have breakfast or a coffee. the newer building has larger rooms and a common breakfast room. Breakfasts were excellent. Hotel very centrally located. a great experience! It would be nice if the courtyard and breakfast room were available to guests of both locations- although I understand given the size of the hotel it might be logistically difficult. our party stayed in both buildings and it would have been helpful to get together in the mornings for breakfast.

The location was perfect for our trip (one night before boarding catamaran) and allowed us to walk and visit Split. The staff was helpful, kind and spoke English well.

Breakfast was great. You could get a nice light breakfast if you’re headed out on tours or you could order a heartier plate. Fruit, breads and pastries were excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. They carried out bags up and down the stairs since there aren’t any elevators. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged for us. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to many meeting points for the tours. There really isn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel. Wonderful experience

The hosts and location in the old town were ideal. It is a pedestrian only city yet convenient parking is available at a reasonable fee a 5 min walk away. The stone walls and floor stayed cold for much of the first day. We were there in the spring so no issue after June.

Beautiful room, friendly staff!

The property is in the perfect location! The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even carried our luggage and assisted with parking. I highly recommend Villa Split Heritage Hotel.
