Apartment Shiny Love

All was really great! Exelent place.

- It had a kitchen, kitchen utensils, oven, coffee maker, water kettle, cutlery, internet, ironing board, iron, cable, washer in the bathroom, wifi, etc. - Quiet at night - Jacuzzi(the picture shown is for the apartment upstairs not the apartment I stayed in). - The kiwi tree (saw kiwis) - preferred the stairs of the apartment to be indoors or have a roof for the rain. ((someone with kids/women with heels/wheelchair inaccessible) need to be cautious when it rains). The ground floor apartment won't have these issues. - It is off-season during November - American (US Grading Scale)

This is a great apartment very close to all the main sights of Split. Although very central it is also very quiet at night and ideal for a good night's sleep. The hot tub is an excellent way to unwind after a long day sightseeing. The apartment is well equipped for all your needs and is very comfortable. Entry to the apartment is by quite steep metal steps which wasn't a problem for me but would be an issue for anyone with mobility or balance issues.

Good location and good breakfast hot also good Vertical stairs unsuitable for older guests. Limited privacy due to absence of curtains, old towels need replacing, indoor grass a bit weird, sloping roof in bedroom challenging, ac too small for apartment

Jacuzzi was very nice and easy to use. Close to city centre. Does not look exactly as on main picture as it’s covered which is a benefit as you can use the balcony during a day when it’s hot.

- Cozy loft style apartments. Good Wi-Fi. Nice spa bath. Near Old Town. Easy to enter apartments even during night time (keys was left in little safe and its code was sent by message). Apartments have everything you may need (even coffee is here). - Received apartments in top floor, so we had private balcony with private spa-bath. - Parking. We choose apartments because there was written "free parking spot". After booking - received message that all free parking is full. Luckily we arrived on the weekend, so public parking was free, but at first night we had to leave the car ~1 km away. Ofc big parking lot is nearby (price - 1,2 euro per hour). - Wasn't a minus for us, but bear in mind that to access top apartments you have to climb very steep stairs. Even with one luggage in the hand it was a challenge to climb. - Hot tub is nice, but very noisy. It was not comfortable to use it in the evening (19:30 - 20:30), when you see that people in the near apartment building comes to the balcony and tries to see where's that noise come from :)

very good location, cosy and comfortable out door area wasnt as private as i would have liked. if you are in the hot tub people on ground floor, people can come in and up the stairs and see in plain view. inside, the bathroom lock wasnt secure and on the later days a minor ant problem in the kitchen and bedroom by the window

It was a very nice stay, the host was very kind and open to tell us all about the city! I dont remember anything on booking.com saying that it had a shared entrance, for us this didnt really matter but i could understand that for some people this would be a problem. Incase i overlooked it on booking.com my bad. But we didnt notice it upfront.

Location was close to city center, shopping and restaurants.

Nothing like the photographs on booking.com at all Apartment was ground and this was not clear at all. Did not look like it had been cleaned recently Terrible smell as well outside and inside

Superb

Lovely accommodation with all the necessity. Host Leo and his family are very nice. Only 5min walk to the old town. The hottub is great at the sunny terrace. One thing to keep in mind is the hot tub takes 1hour to heat up only 1-2 degrees, so bear in mind and do your math.

Architecture and equipment on limited space; very good! Smart solutions. Lack of exact information for use point by point (easy to know if you already know, but not for the first visit), i.e. Netflix/TV, garbage, bubble bath. Steep staircases, limited eating table. We were promised two keyes but had to cope with the only one. Were offered change of linen/towels after 11 nights. Would preferred the offer after 6/ 7nights of the total of 14.

The hosts were lovely . Super friendly and helpful to anything I needed. The upstairs apartment was beautiful , modern and perfect location ! Super comfy bed and amazing hot tub
