The room was clean. That is really the only positive I have unfortunately. The check-in process was disjointed. Arrived but no one was at reception on 14th floor. Had to get help on different floor just to find out that the receptionist was waiting out front. No water provided in the room. Very small room BUT clean. Check out was at 11, without any option to make it a little later. The location was not where I thought it was, so that is on me. However, if you are taking a cruise out of the port, there are much better locations to stay. No water in the room, bare bare minimum toiletries.

Spacious room, amazing sea view. Easy to check in. There were plenty of parking spaces behind the building.

I really liked how responsive and helpful the staff was. The view from the room was exceptional and the price was super reasonable. The room was pristinely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it had a nice sized shower. Nothing. I think these rooms would appeal to most people.

It’s on the top floor of the only high building around so it has a great view. The room is spacious and facility is very nice.

The location was amazing - walking distance to the ferry port and Old Town, easy to access public buses to anywhere else I wanted to go in Split. The view from the 14th floor is beautiful to wake up to no matter the side of the building you're on (city or sea!). The rooms were very clean and I felt safe walking around at any time. They didn't provide even basic toiletries other than shampoo. I tried asking for some simple shower gel or body wash and they directed me to the local supermarket. For a four-star luxury accommodation, these are basic necessities that should be provided. My biggest concern was with the wifi. On my final day in Split, it stopped working and I had several important work-related meetings to join. I alerted the reception via Whatsapp and at first, they told me that the location of my room caused the wifi to occasionally be spotty and that I was welcome to sit at the reception desk to take my calls. Not only is this a privacy issue (especially when discussing confidential work-related matters), it could cause undue disturbance to other guests, especially as an international traveler joining calls during US time zones later in the evening. Eventually, after speaking to the other guests I realized nobody's wifi was working. I alerted the reception and the manager and they confirmed nothing could be done until the following day (despite me raising this early in the morning and providing a full business day for resolution). I had to purchase additional internet data from my mobile phone plan to accommodate and again, reliable hotel WiFi should be something that is guaranteed at a luxury accommodation.

Quiet, comfortable room with a great view. We enjoyed the restaurant on the street level. The reception desk is not staffed 24 hours. On Sunday morning there was no one there. We had a lot of trouble calling a taxi. Finally, the cleaning lady helped us but she didn't speak much English.

It’s a beautiful building and the rooms are so big and clean. The best part is it being on the 14th floor which gives you such a nice panoramic view . The beds were comfortable and really nice showers. The distance from all the nice places to go is under 10 mins on foot which makes it just perfect location. All in all it’s just an excellent property and that too so much budget friendly. Also, the staff were really nice and helpful. Thanks a lot again for the lovely stay.

Very clean and tidy room. The view was amazing from the room because of the big windows and high ceiling. You have a supermarket really near and the location is awesome.

The view from 14th floor is simply incredible we could see the whole sea. We had also window in the bathroom! Just great! Everything was perfect! No complains!

Absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Spacious and very easy check-in facility. Managed to get the parking as well below the building by pre-booking with the help of seascape. Walkable distance to every place around .
