The View Luxury Rooms

The walkway between the table and the end of the bed is very narrow and is in the middle of the room. It is very clumsy when we walk through it each time to go to the bathroom or the window.

The location was very convenient. Room size and cleanliness met expectation. The room was fine. My impression made an abrupt turn for the worst 3 hours after we checked out. We were on our way to Dubrovnik when I received a phone call from the owner. She claimed a bed cover was lost and said she had no choice but to call the police on us. The call ended when she said she'd check again. I never found out whether she actually called the police or she found the bed cover. It's definitely the most bizarre hotel experience I have had. I'd recommend people to take a picture when entering the room and another one when they leave the room.

Bed was comfortable, reception was nice. Room was warm and stuffy. I could not figure out air system.

This is our favorite place to stay in Split! The rooms are always super clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. I feel really secure staying here as well as the entries to floors are key card protected. The views are fantastic!! And on top of that the location is ideal (~5 min walk to the Riva) and is easily accessible with taxi/uber drop off (we love it bc we often travel with many bags and it’s always a super convenient check in!)

Great location, walking distance to everything. The customer service was excellent and parking onsite was so convenient. The breakfast next door was very good. They give you a voucher to use at the restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was not efficiently set up. It was a small room, which is fine, but the space was not used well. No hooks or shelves and no luggage rack. Not crazy about carpet on the floor.

Barbara is an amazing host and gives you a warm welcome. Her home is completely renovated and she keeps is immaculately clean. Large room with big wide terrace. Amazing breakfast with delicious baked goods along with to go bags for lunch on your hike.

Entrance to accommodation & rooms has steps which have the chance of fall & difficult to carry luggage. Breakfast was not in the hotel and served after 8 am. Not many options for breakfast. I like buffet breakfast with multiple choices

Wondering stay. Kristina is very nice and quick to respond. It is well located near the old city. We highly recommend this place.

Great view, clean and comfortable room! I loved everything about this hotel! Many many thanks to Christina who not only is friendly, but also fun and so strong! She did everything and more to help us with a great attitude and a smile. She is truly wonderful! Nothing really. Everyone and everything was good!

Amazing view really comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Close to restaurants, city and port. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Have a top sheet for the bed. The duvet is too warm at night.

It was clean and very good location to most attractions. Most hotel change sheets daily. This one folded the covers and cleaned the bathroom only.

We liked the location that it was within walking distance to the square and restaurants. The room was very clean and nicely remodeled bathroom/shower. Although there was an air conditioner, the room did not get as cool as I would have preferred. The door was difficult to lock. In fact, my friend found her door open in the middle of the night. What a scary thing!

The view was amazing! There was a heat wave going on when we arrived, so we used the AC every day. It worked great!! The room was very comfortable and modern. We even had a small fridge, lots of storage and a safe. The best part was the staff. Both people we saw were very nice, gave us some history about the area and suggestions for where to eat and some places to be sure to see while we were there. Nothing was wrong with the place at all. Location was perfect, the room was amazing, and the staff, again, was awesome.
