it is right in the heart of split's night and day life. Perfect location, no uber used elevator is extremely slow

Location is spectacular! Clean & everything as described! It did get quite loud at night - felt like I was in a club with the music. Not sure if it was the day/weekend i visited or if this always occurs.

Terrible property!!! Not as described and the worst experience I have had in the last decade. I simply do not believe the reviews for this property are legitimate. There are far better properties in Split that actually have customer service.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Elevator in building for luggage. There was no one there when I checked in but I was given clear instructions as to how to get to the room which was great. I also appreciated the effort taken to tell me when the room was ready to allow me to check in early . Its location means it is noisy outside. Thats to be expected when booking anywhere in that area and so not really a complaint but rather a consideration when booking.

Great location; easy to walk to the marina and bus stop. Very accessible if you are doing a tour. I didn’t mind, but it could get a little loud at night. There was a club/bar underneath and it was open until late. Perfect place if you like to stay up until late.

The view and location were exceptional, and the facilities were clean and modern. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend any to stay here.

Great location

The location was perfection for our needs. That are of Split is pededtrian only, but the vehicle drop off is a 2 minute walk. Staff service was remore but attentive & checked regularly. We arrived during the largest gestival of the year, to a massive crowd & concert that night. The area including the Diocletian Palance & tons of restaurants were within 5 minutes. The room was on the third floor overlooking the promanade (riva). we had world class seats to a wonderful concert capped by an incredible gireworks display. Please note, the room is located directly above a popular bar/restaurant. If you retire early and want complete silence at night, this room isn't for you. Location in Split is the best, food & shops, also excellent. If you are a ligjt sleeper, be careful. The entrance is discrete, sccess to the third floor has a hold button elevator that moves as fast as most governments. A wonderful surprise on a magical night of festival. See above on night noise of a bibrant bar/restaurant proximity. Lighting of the lobby area to the elevator could be better. There are steps to change levels.

I have a small concern: the coffee machine and kettle seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time and were quite dirty, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. Also, the bathroom window should have a curtain, as it felt a bit uncomfortable being so exposed and visible from the outside.

The location is absolutely amazing, right by the coast and just a few steps from the Old Town. The place itself is modern, comfortable, and very cozy. It’s also incredibly convenient if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The walk from the bus station or ferry port is easy and manageable, and having an elevator is a huge plus, something that’s actually quite rare in Croatia. The hosts are very kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information in advance. Highly recommended!

Location was great

Wonderful location although parking is tough and the address hard to find. The room is wonderful and the view amazing.

The best location possible for food an sight seeing

Location. Location. Location. And the incredible views.

This didn’t bother us. But you do hear commotion from the many restaurants on the harbor right in front of the building. With the windows closed it was not bad, and it calmed down around midnight. In the summer, it might be louder and later. Just something to consider if you are early/light sleepers.

Convenient to the ferry I was worried about storing the luggage as it didn’t seem very safe.

Great location and wonderful view over the harbor. Easy to roll luggage from the ferry. Saw dolphins from our window. Host was lovely ; he called several times to make sure our stay was lovely. Even stored our luggage for us because we arrived around 8:30am and moved it into our room when it was cleaned and available while we were on a tour.
