Excellent local location in a quiet area, comfortable facilities.

Good location, bright and spacious apartment. On first floor, so not much climbing those stairs. Host not very responsive. Doesn't respond to enquiries regarding check-in. Only hear from host via booking.com on check-in date. Garbage forgotten to clear and host didn't respond when told about it.

It is not far from the old town, it is possible to park the car in the street for free (but be cautious about the local rules), the room is spacious and clean. There is a good place to eat delicious empanadas nearby. There was no staff at the location, and communication was very basic at the beginning. I was not very aware of the parking rules on the street and followed my experience in other countries, which is quite broad and sensitive about corners, gates, pedestrian signs, etc. However, I got my car removed by the authorities, had to pay a fine, and had unnecessary stress. The staff was available to help me with information, but that happened only after the incident. I wish the staff had provided more detailed information about the parking before and during my arrival. People in the neighborhood damaged my car, probably as a protest, before the car was removed, which is not only costly but also shows disrespect to tourists (and people in general).

It's 10 minutes from old town, the air conditioning worked really good. The host was very kind The place was clean but the floor was dirty, it's s basic room

The location is very convenient, walking distance to everything but also quiet, away from the busy tourist traffic. Also the AC is cold, I love it. The owner provided very useful local information.

Great place :-) accommodation for a couple of days, comfortable, clean, easy to find from the bus station (18 minutes uphill), good location, close to everything you need. Excellent wifi connection. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. It is an impeccable place, the bathroom is wonderful and the view was well lit, it has excellent air conditioning. It has a kettle and fridge for what you need. The bed is super comfortable and the bedding is impeccable. You can walk to the port or the old city. I recommend sending the instructions and security codes for your stay 1 day in advance. I received them the same day I checked in at noon.

Ideal room with bathroom in a quiet neighborhood very close to the center. Apartment clean, beds large and comfortable. Every third day the towels were replaced with fresh ones.The owner very helpful , on the day of check-out he let us use the room as much as we needed, because we had a flight only at 11 p.m. Highly recommended!

The house is pretty close to the center although it is a slight climb on the way from the promenade. The property is very clean and has a small buy nice kitchen which is perfect for some quick and easy cooking. One of the biggest concerns that me and my partner have is that we don't like beds that are very soft and the property had perfect ones between ones you will sink into and hard wood. The rooms are very clean and there's even a small balcony where we could enjoy our morning tea and coffee. It is on the first floor so not a big climb with suitcases as well. Nothing in particular

It was impossible to get in contact with the owners/landlords regarding check-out. Tried messaging for several days and calling but couldn't get in touch at all.

Location of the place is great. About 10 mins walk from Old Town, away from the chaotic center but not too far away makes it perfect for a vacation. Room has AC working well, that's a good thing since it's around 27-30 degree all day during summer, even in the evenings. Room is clean, beds are comfy. The place is also close to many services, restaurants, shops. Check in instructions could have been better. I didn't receive any message from the property even on the check in date. Luckily there was the cleaning staff so they showed us the room and let us leave our luggage.

Great location, walking distance to attractions & waterfront. Comfortable apartment with cooking facilities. Free street parking but can take a little time to find a spot, we were lucky to get one right out the front on the first day. Lovely small balcony off the bedroom where we sat & enjoyed coffee. Good security. Recommend staying here. Only thing I can thing of is the shower leaked making a mess in the bathroom.

Just a few minutes walk from the centre. It was modern, clean and felt secure. It was lovely having the balcony. Our contact was really helpful.

Great location, comfy beds, very clean, value for money

Suite room is refreshed, air condition working great. There is fridge and kettle. Couple of things. First there is no place to dry things. The room has no access to direct sunlight, no place to dry your stuff after visit to the beach. Leaking water from the shower, nothing to dry the floor except for the towels,, no cleaning and nothing to clean sand or dirt after couple of days. Rarely changing towels. Fridge that is barely cold (~10 degrees). These things need to be improved to have comfortable longer stay. There is no water filtered in the building. It's not suitable for drinking after boiling. A lot of dirt. Tv set has no channels available. All were locked (not available).
