Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and great place to stay! You gotta visit the gothic style cathedral just next door to the hotel. Would stay again.

Very clean. Rooms were impeccable. Conveniently located.

Exceptionally unhelpful front desk person -- the lot was almost full late afternoon and I asked if I went out for the evening I would be likely to find a spot upon return. Her response "I don't know," I asked again, if based on her experience there was likely to be a spot . . . same verbatim response. Later that evening I gave up trying to explain to her that the remote was not working.

An excellant find, and for a low price. If you are in the area and need a hotel you should stay here. And one of the better breakfast buffet's, I paid $70 for the night.

The whole staff was great

I found that it’s a centrally located accommodation. Everything was convenient, with parking, check-in, and breakfast fast and straightforward. I’d definitely stay here again

Walls are paper thin there. This hotel boosts as a recovery from the hospital. There was a large or several high school basketball teams also staying. Some of the kids were chasing each other down the hallway after 10 pm. I called reception to get security up there 3 X’s no-one ever answered. I finally screamed at the 3 boys I’d be calling the police. They were quite after that. Where the heck was the front desk?? The breakfast was ok, one option for most. Parking was no fun and the buses for the basketball teams were parked in yellow zones making it difficult to get out. (The parking there is already very wee.)

This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near the Hospital District, close to downtown and close to amenities on the South Hill. There is plenty of parking, the room was clean and well laid out. The complimentary breakfast was very good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and fried potatoes, toast, muffins, cold cereal, water, coffee, tea, and assorted juices.

Room was fine, breakfast was standard fare, staff was helpful. However, really need to do some serious landscaping on the north-side hill - all the weeks and slumping soil is not pleasant to look at from any room on any floor on that side. The rest of the landscaping is fine, why not this slope?

Clean room, friendly and patient staff, breakfast amazing....quiet rooms...we were across from ice and vending machine room and didn't hear a thing from the hallway. Helicopter came in to hospital and didn't hear that either. Saw it, no hear it.
