Inn at the Mill, an Ascend Collection Hotel

They were very nice and everything was very clean

Very nice place to stay.

A couple strange things were that there was a random ladder against the building the whole time and there were these lady face things on the wall- possible sconces. Strange to look at.

Perfect quiet spot

Our stay was great! The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the coffee was very good.

I would say our stay falls between excellent and good. Staff was most helpful. We loved the mill area, the water falls and the outdoor seating. The rooms were comfortable for the most part. Maybe not as quaint as I expected. The sofa was pretty old. But if you need a serene place to stay, this is it. And the history makes it very unique. Overall good stay.

Older property. Pros: staff friendly and helpful. Try pizzeria Ruby down the street was exceptional. Cons: a/c is loud, WiFi dropped a lot, doors in toilet was weird. You’ll see.

The stay itself was great! My only complaint is it was very difficult to get a lyft/Uber back to the Inn from the stadium. They are paid per trip and none of them wanted to waste time taking us back to the Inn when they could make more in Fayetteville. A shuttle for large events would be my only recommendation.

The grounds are beautiful. The front desk staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway. No dining options in the immediate vicinity but a short drive and everything is available

Rooms are very dated. Outside doors did not lock, so getting into the hotel was very easy but not secure. Multiple plug ins did not work in the room.

Clean room, beautiful property, courteous staff, convenient location. Definitely will be staying again.

Parking was okay; we were told they are currently working on expanding the parking lot, so there wasn’t as much parking as there was last time, because it was barricaded off for the construction work. This was our second stay at the Inn, and we have enjoyed both times, and wish we could have stayed longer than just our quick visit to the area. In the morning, before we checked out, we all enjoyed sitting on the beautiful grounds while reading or just taking in all the beauty. My only complaint was that when we arrived at the room, it was very late, after a long day, and we were ready to just crawl in bed. When we pulled out the sofa bed for the kids, there was no top sheet or blanket - just the flat sheet tucked around the mattress, so we had to make a trip down to the front desk to get a top sheet/blanket. The staff were very accommodating in getting it for us, though. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to stay at the Inn at the Mill again!
