Great stay! We were in town for concerts at the state fair. It was close and the free breakfast was nice. However, there is no shuttle as stated on this site. The hotel said there hasn't been one there for the years, so just beware of that!

All of the carpet in our room was wet and there was a distinct smell of the dampness. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were sold out. The woman at the front desk came up to check the room but offered no remedy and said she would talk to her manager but we never heard back. Luckily our stay was only one night and we just powered through.

Everything was ok. Nothing fancy. Cheap pillows and towels.

Staff was nice. Hotel has aged and was dirtier than I last remember. Stuff on floors. AC and toliet in room both leaked. Floor soaked from AC. It worked and stayed cold. Hallway floors could use a vacuum along the edges. Exterior needed a lawn mower.

Not located in a great neighborhood, outdoors weeds were everywhere. Inside was outdated and not super welcoming. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly when you could find them . Shower stayed scalding hot with no cold option, curtain curved in so no room even if temp was fixed and wood blocks held A/C up.

Everything was about what you'd expect - good value for the hotel market nowadays. Decent location - close enough to downtown, train station, and Lincoln attractions. Nice staff, clean enough and at least you're not paying exorbitant amounts for pretentious five star uselessness. Nice cold filtered water in the little fitness room The breakfast buffet was barely passable - we actually really didn't eat there because they constantly had excuses for not having any form of hot eggs...
