The property had installed new booking software and the staff didn't really know how to use it. This caused for confusion during check in and LONG wait times to check in. It took over 20 minutes just to check us in, at midnight. The staff gave us the wrong room type and there was pubic hair in the bathtub when we got into the room. It wasn't the best Mariott experience.

The location is perfect if you need place to stay before checking a flight. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are nice. Having to pay to park was different for me.

The hotel was great! The gentleman who checked us in was terrific! He even went above and beyond to help an older couple who seemed very confused and having trouble remembering where their room was. He walked them there and made sure they got in safely. My only complaint is that there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance from hotel.

The employees were so helpful for me. The room was great, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was great as was the gym. I will certainly stay here again. If you are looking for a place to stay in Springfield, this is the place!

Stayed there as a quick stop and was very impressed by the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating.

I was surprised, since I paid a lot of money to stay here. It was clean and the beds were comfy, so it wasn’t terrible, just definitely not worth the $322 CAD, it had motel $100 a night vibes.

The room was very nice, until the first night when the air stopped working in the middle of the night. I reported it at 8:30 AM the next morning. I was told that someone would be there to fix it within the hour. It was about three hours later that I learned that a maintenance person came in and turned the unit off left it off for a while and then turned it back on. That was his idea of fixing it. When we came back to our hotel in the afternoon, it was extremely hot and the air was still not working. We had to ask for a new room.

Overall the stay was very nice but hotel is certainly showing its age. Water stains in the ceiling of our room near the windows and the tile in the bathroom seemed to show poorly.

We didn't have any little soaps to wash our hands with and the toilet in the room had almost no pressure, wouldn't even take the toilet paper down.

I guess in this day and age, I’m not accustomed to paying extra for every single thing that one might expect to have included, like parking, or a cup of coffee for Pete sake. This isn’t Manhattan.

Don’t stay at this hotel! The price I paid and what I received were horrible! The A/C rattled all night! The toilet was so low a child would have been just the right size! The shower had no pressure! The elevator didn’t work the morning we left! I could have gotten better amenities at a better price at Motel 6!!!!
