Greenstay Hotel & Suites

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Have stayed there before and will stay again.

I usually stay on the 2nd floor. This time I stayed on the 1st floor and it seems I had an older room. The bathroom sink was clogged when I went to use it. Other than that it was a decent stay

Property was clean and the the breakfast was good. The pool was refreshing and clean. Well worth the money for us. RS

If this had been my first experience at this hotel, it likely would’ve been my last. But everyone has troubles, but there were a few issues. The deadbolt wasn’t operational, the room smelled of mildew and the carpet was wet, no USB charging outlet, and several cosmetic issues. But I’ve stayed here before and probably will again as I regularly overnight in Springfield. Hopefully the next time is better

Room was warm when I opened the door. Turned down the ac it ran all night still on the warm side in the morning. Didn’t get much sleep very disappointed since I’ve stayed here multiple times and haven’t really had much for issues

Staff, location and price

We were just there to drop our son off for college. The hotel rooms are dated and definitely need some improvements. It served it purpose for sleeping. The staff was very nice though. I dont know if I would return to this hotel but I wouldnt tell anyone not to come base on personal preference.

It did it's job. Just one night stayed, bed's were tiny.

It was clean and had a great coffee bistro!

Last time I stayed it was really nice , but that was 10 yrs ago Bed needs to be replaced, drapes on window torn and opening mechanism for sliding drapes broken so you couldn't close all the way letting light from pole light outside the window make it seem it was still daylight

I loved the “green” initiative. Price and location were excellent and room and amenities great. One of the best deals I have found when traveling across the country.

Front desk was super helpful Called before our stay to get details on our pet and the lady was very helpful
