Not much over the past 4 months. I have stayed at this Springhill Suites on company business as well as other staff members for the past 8 years. It has become one of our companies' preferred accommodations. However, over the past 4 or so months it has deteriorated due to poor management. The experiences have been, no cable TV, elevators that don't work or only one being operational, no breakfast, no coffee, rooms that do not meet the Marriot Standard in care & cleanliness. This facility has changed ownership several times over the past year and has not been a dependable place that we became accustomed to. For these reasons our company will be using other accommodations in the future.

Great staff, super clean, great breakfasts, and up-to-date, modern amenities. Plus, the rooms are all suites and provide comfortable area to relax or work, separate from the bedroom area. Whether you’re traveling by yourself or with a family, you won’t feel cramped.

I have stayed in various Marriott properties, but this was my first Springhill...I was very pleased by the room and the hotel's amenities. I am looking forward to having a reason to be back in town and stay here again soon.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Only one regular coffee packet in the room but I didn’t ask for one since there was fresh coffee down in the lobby

The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night so the stay was terrible. Management did nothing about it when it was reported the next morning. Management's lack of response to the problem.
