That was rude and horrible and canceled my reservation because she said she was eating and she didn't feel like talking to customers today

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not stay here. It’s dirty and unsafe and needs to be razed and rebuilt. I literally spent 5 minutes in the room then went to find another hotel which had doors that shut properly, bedding that matched and a bathroom that was clean.

Nothing really! My first room had a roach running around in it. They upgraded me to a king room. Wasn't much better. Had to wipe down everything in the room. Looked like they cleaned it with mop water!

Every room smells bad. The lady at the front desk, her name is Jay, has no people skills! She was yelling at every customer there and ordering the staff around, being disrespectful l! The room was stinky and so were the sheets

The question stated what did I like or I’m sorry what did you like about the property? Absolutely nothing. Once upon entering into the facility, it was absolutely terrible. The suite that I stayed in room 101 mold damage shelves a foul smell Jacuzzi system did not work doors, broken AC unit broken damage vents doors squeaked lights were very damn and I refer anybody not to say at this facility out in Springfield Pennsylvania. it was absolutely horrifying straight out of a horror movie. also, I was able to post one picture up the person that you see in the picture. This lady was absolutely rude not only to me as a guest. She was rude to the other customers as well and whatever you do please don’t say certain things to her. It seems to me. She has anger issues too so that’s pretty much it.

The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. The staff was constantly busy.with replenishing food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment. They were also very polite, and approachable. I am concerned about the slipperiness of the bathtub/shower finish where you have to stand and move. Though clean and shiny, it could definitely pose a danger to anyone of any age when getting in or out when it is wet. I hope that you seriously look into correcting it.

Its a joke that you asked if I had any "extra services". This was one of the worst DUMPS i ever stayed at. I would have been better off sleeping in my car! Phone didn't work (wasn't even connected) alarm clock BROKEN, TV had the worst picture clarity, drain in sink took FOREVER to drain! Was supposed to be "non smoking room" I think the smell of cigarettes would have been better than the MUSTY ODOR in the room. Microwave was LITERALLY on a small table IN THE STAIRWELL (not in the room) To think that they have the NERVE to charge $150/night for that SHIT HOLE is CRIMINAL. BOOKING.COM should be ashamed to even OFFER this DUMP as an option to stay. Room 225 should be CONDEMNED!

Great property. Cleaned, affordable

The lady at the front desk was very rude, aggressive and shouldn't be working at such facility where people troop in daily. I requested for room service two different times from front desk, I was promised but they never did so.

Worst place and worst experience ever I disliked everything. Dirty, smelly room. Rude staff. Lies about amenities. Complete dump. No safe in room, had item stolen from room.
