Good

Lady at the front desk gave me a smaller room than I reserved. She asked to see my reservation showing I booked a suite, so did and still refused to change my room. I asked for a manager and she said there was no manager. Finally her coworker walked up, looked at my reservation and immediately changed the room. The original front desk lady was rude and should be retrained.

Everything was good except at the manger’s reception people were using their hands to dig in the hors d'oeuvres

I arrive a day early and was able to get a room . The room was excellent and available earlier than needed. The staff was very accommodating. The next day I was able to speak to a wonderful and professional staff member by the name of Alex at the front desk, who was able to get me my original stay room as soon as possible, this meant the world to me because I was traveling with a 18 month year old. Because of this I was continue my stay any Embassy hotel wherever I travel. But extra thanks to the Embassy location in Spring Field VA .

The property was fantastic! The downside was when it was time to get breakfast. The employee said only the total in the reservation was allowed for breakfast. There would be an additional charge for other guests in my room. Those guests were with me at the time of check in. Even as a Hilton Honors member who had stayed there a couple of weeks before, there was an upcharge. Just beware.

Check in was easy, staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was good. The room was nice, clean with lots of space. Would have been nice to have a longer shower curtain, not sure why it was so short. But, everything was nice. We will stay again.

The morning restaurant personnel were very nice and greeted us with a great smile. The evening bar was understaffed and the staff did their best to provide the service that we expected. Unfortunate, since our stay was great until then. I hope that this will be corrected since the people at the hotel were great. Nice and convenient location.

Beautiful property, excellent staff, and great location. The only issue was that it was warm in the room and it could never cool under 72 degrees. The temperature stayed between 72- 75 during the summer in the room. My husband was very uncomfortable because he cannot take the heat.

Upon arrival, we were informed that parking incurs an extra fee and that the pool was out of service. We specifically selected this property for the pool so our children & their cousins could use it. While the front desk staff acknowledged the miscommunication & attempted to resolve it by offering complimentary overnight parking & breakfast vouchers, the key amenities we relied on were unavailable. The condition of the room was unacceptable. We encountered gnats emerging from the bathroom drain, spotted a large cockroach near the stairwell, and noticed a substantial hole in the wall beneath the sink. These issues indicate a serious lack of routine maintenance and essential housekeeping standards. When I attempted to formally document these concerns, I was initially told no reporting form was available. After I requested a management resolution, staff offered to move us to a different room; however, this was impractical given that our 4&6 -year-old children were already asleep. A minor discount was provided instead. Unfortunately, this marks our second disappointing experience at this location. Upon checking in, we realized that our previous stay had been similarly frustrating, making this repeat booking an unfortunate oversight on our part. While the front desk team was polite & made genuine efforts to assist us, the recurring maintenance and facility issues mean we can’t recommend this hotel & will not be returning.

The pool wasn’t open.

Couldn’t check in till 6:30 and there was no phone in the room and the housekeeper just opened the door on us at 9:30 not acceptable at all

I went for a solo birthday trip and the hotel was amazing and was able to get the perfect room.

My overall experience was great. I didn’t care too much for having to pay for parking.

The front desk staff very rude not happy at all I booked 4 rooms been a lot of time there but this very disrespectful and dasipponting

I asked for 2 rooms next to eachother and when we checked in we were on 2 different floors. Then the pool was closed all weekend and the air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 79 degrees in our room. Very uncomfortable!!!

Excellent stay!

The breakfast was horrible. The were eggs and sausage was not done. The hot cereal didn't have any raisins brown sugar or any of the normal toppings available and the fresh fruit bo l seemed to always be empty.
