Breakfast options were good. It would be better if options are widened. If done so, it will be like icing on the cake. The choices of different communities and nationalities if the guests in the Hotel to be considered, for selection of breakfast varieties. It's nothing, which was disliked. In fact staying in this hotel was giving a feeling as if youvare dwelling in a botanical garden, during Spring time.

The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.

Nothing like that.

I asked for a taxi for a short-term drive they brought a driver for the full day, at double the cost I have paid the previous day. I spent half an hour trying to pay with my credit card, their system wasn't operational.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Mirage. Mr Zulfi and all the staff were just the best.. courteous polite ready with a smile to help. It’s a beautiful property with greenery all around. Located in the posh colony of Raj Bagh. Nothing not to like.

Very good

The hotel is situated at a very good location in the city. It's personal home converted into a small hotel; so it's very nice and cozy and has a personal touch. The rooms are quite big and beautifully decorated. The food is very good. The room rent is reasonable for the quality what you get. Overall very good experience. It's a three storied property. If you've senior citizens with walking issues, then higher floors can be problematic.

Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team. Food spread was with less variety but tasty food.

It is a lovely quaint hotel. Room had a small living space with the necessary amenities separated from the sleeping area. Excellent staff. Clean room and bedding were super comfortable. Hot water was always easily available throughout our stay. Buffet breakfast choices were good. Due to the cold season and surge of electricity usage, we experienced frequent power cuts. But the bathroom was always heated, and the emergency lights were available. When there was a big group of guests, it could be very noisy at night. Breakfast starts just before 9 am, a little late for early risers.

The staff at Hotel Mirage is the true gem of this establishment. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. From the concierge who provided excellent dining recommendations to the housekeeping team who kept my room immaculate, every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It's clear that they take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Superb

Location. Transaction problem on Jammu & Kashmir ICICI Bank side. My credit card declined every time I tried to pay them. Finally, I had to pay the hotel by bank. Wire transfer remittance to their local account at ICICI Bank J&K India. My advice is that you should take payment in advance, especially in Kasmir, because the communication link is very poor there.
