Small cosy hotel in Srinagar. Good breakfast. Most of staff very helpful, especially gate staff Extra person charges at actual charged more than what’s mentioned in booking website. Front desk man was not helpful

The rooms are standard. The food was extremely tasty. Staff at the restaurant are extremely courteous and friendly. Always at your service. The guy at the reception had an attitude of “you are privileged to be my guest” and did not have a minimum courtesy to even smile. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. There’s dirt seen on the floor There was dust on the carpets - not vacuumed. The disaster was the AC - room temperature was showing 25.9 and after setting the AC by their AC technician to 20; it showed 24.9 the next day morning. Couldn’t sleep well because the room was not cool at all.

The location is perfect. Very close to both the Dal Lake as well as the markets.The staff very polite, and helpful. Food is excellent and rooms very comfortable. The inhouse transportation service could be better. We requested for a car for 1 evening local market visits but the prices quoted were exhorbitant. More than 3 times what we paid to external service providers. Also we were promised a 30% discount on in house dinning however on checkout we were given only 15% .

The locations is very close to Dal lake, Lal chowk and good restaurants, the room was comfortable and heating worked fine, the breakfast is very good , the staff are warm and very helpful Probably it can be a bit more affordable for the breakfast inclusive price, we paid above 15k per night
