The menu in the restaurant was quite limited. Also, there were very few people managing all the orders, which included serving the guests in their rooms. As a result we had to wait long for ROTI.

Clean comfortable rooms, very curtious staff and excellent location. The manager was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to the next time we visit Srinagar and will definitely stay here. Highly recommend as the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Dal Lake. Enjoyed morning and evening walk along the lake.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Walisons Hotel.The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Everything was perfect !

Excellent Very nice hotel, just walking distance to dal lake and markets. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Cleanliness and upkeep of whole property is commendable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. 1. The room was dirty, and no extra towels were provided. 2. The bathroom had some ventilation issues, and it reeked of urine. 3. The staff didn't mention anything about a gate closing time, and we were looked out at night with staff not answering the phone. Finally, one of us had to jump across the gate and had to open another smaller gate from inside to let others in. 4. For the money that we spend(88 euros), we barely got any service.

Location is Good. Staff was polite and ok. Service is bad. Only one Hair Dryer at the Entire Property! Really? Had to wait for our turn so that the other guest finish using it. And Rats running on the Ceiling whole night common and we are paying you for what? RAT CIRCUS. My Advice is Be serious in Hospitality Business.

Hotel is near to dal lake ghat no. 2.Location is perfect and dal lake is just walking. The staff was very friendly, cooperative and kind. The rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here., rooms are tidy and clean. It does have a restaurant available so no need to worry for food. although food was good will surely recommend anyone for next stay.

Had to ask for fresh sheets as beds were only made with blankets… cannot see how this unhygienic practice is accepted as it is unpractical to wash blankets off beds after every checkout.

The manager, Mr. Sajat Bhat, and all the staff were extremely kind and indefatigable in satisfying all our wishes.
