Great experience. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Location was excellent as it was walking distance from Dal Gate and all other public transport were easily accessible. Hotel food was amazing. Highly recommend as it offers great services at a very affordable rate. As electricity outage is a major concern in overall Kashmir, there should be feasibility of mobile charging points in rooms using the backup. Though hotel provided exceptional support from their end at all the times to the best of their abilities.
