Well kept. In room dining available. Owner is very diligent making sure your stay is the best possible. He was helpful in setting up tours etc. he even personally helped me get cash from a ATM on a holiday. Saved my trip!

Great staff, amazing hospitality and comfortable rooms

The hotel owner, Mr. Sameer, is very kind and helpful. He guided us while traveling around srinagar, Because of his help, our trip became easy and memorable. I am very happy that I stayed here and would be glad to visit and stay here again.

Spacious and clean room with a beautiful view of Dal Lake. The washroom was modern and well-equipped with quality fittings. Complimentary tea/coffee sachets and sulphate-free toiletries were a nice touch. Fresh towels were provided daily. The Smart TV with Netflix was a great addition. Food was tasty, especially the sandwiches. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the host even arranged a cab and Shikara ride for us. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Srinagar, close to Lal Chowk and just 9 km from the airport. A totally worthy place to stay and relax in Srinagar! No complaints.

We liked the location. Food was great. The nature of the host is very polite. Our room was superb having the Lake and Mountain View. Room had great facilities like Electric Kettle, complimentary coffee,tea and creamers. For entertainment room had smart TV featuring Netflix,Zee5 and Jio Hotstar Subscription too.

Hotel Crescent was located at very narrow road , approachable only by walk of about 300 Meters. There is no parking space , boundary or front look of the hotel. Dal lake is visible from the window. Room was comfortable with all basic amenities. Food was below average and highly priced. Owner Mr Sameer was an excellent host and supported us well throughout our stay.

Sameer was very helpful - even though I was there for a short while, I was taken by his swift ability to answer any of my queries. A lot of attention to small details was paid. I wish I could have stayed for longer.

It was a lovely experience in Srinagar with my wife. Did not regret booking here. Restroom was as clean as a new one. Sameer, the landlord was polite, friendly and really helpful in every possible way. He referred a person for shikara ride who offered me a reasonable price and he was interactive and patient throughout the ride. Highly recommend this place.

The view and the location

Property is located i in the heart of the city Srinagar ( near Dal Lake ) . You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset with view of city famous Dal lake . Everything was perfect. Host was too kind gentle, generous . He took care of everything during over stay in the property

Room was well equipped with amenities, soap, coffee, tv with YouTube, water, and the host was very nice Room was a little cold but nothing the electric blanket couldn't solve

Sameer helped me with airport pickup. He also showed me around the lake and was kind enough to welcome me into his family home. The bed had heated blankets which was much needed in the cold weather
