Nothing Very unprofessional team. They messed with booking and missed to process first night booking and relocated to another cheap class hotel and downgraded room on day 2 because of their internal confusion.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. AC was working and hot water. Staff was very nice as well and they have a great restaurant too. On clear days, one can see the snow capped mountains. Backside view/ Neighboring property is a real junkyard. Interesting to see though.

Everything was good. The owner Mr. Shafiz himself were present at the premises and kept checking with guests for concern/issues. All the staffs are very good too. The South Indian food quality is really not good. That they have to improve. The chef has no idea about South Indian food. Despite being a Bengali guy, South Indian food is my best choice. All 4days during my stay at Kareem I have eaten that only. But the chef should not make South Indian food ever. It was horrible.

It's a very new hotel...staffs are very nice and caring...going to airport is very easy from here..clean rooms and good heating facility in the rooms as I visited in January.. food is also clean and nice The location is really not much a developed part of srinagar...cleanliness of surrounding area is not good

Location was close to main attraction ,Dal Lake. However the street is a bit obscure . They did not give us the Family double room we had booked despite our requests that we had booked it well in advance and also informed them a day before check-in and wasted our time. This was a highly unprofessional attitude. As another visitor has pointed out they insisted only on cash payment .
