Not clean , very poor

Me along with my family didn't liked a single thing about this hotel There is a safety concern for us No assistance from the hotel staff Food was pathetic Mr Khan(claimed owner) very rude and unprofessional) 1. The owner forced us to pay for 4 rooms instead of the 3 rooms booked 2. Despite promising credit card payment during check-in, cash payment was demanded at checkout with additional charges 3. No invoice was provided for our stay 4. No staff assistance was provided for luggage during checkout 5. The owner's behavior changed from professional during check-in to hostile after we arrived NOTHING

The breakfast was lip-smacking. All the dishes tasted well beyond expectation. The cleanliness and overall room hygiene could have been a bit better. Although, I would not complain for the price I had paid.

Apart from location, honesty nothing much can be said about it. There are no bathroom amenities provided. The guest are charged for heater in the room even though it’s located in one of the coldest city of India, shouldn’t heater be part of room feature.

The hotel was good for their service, cleanliness and other facilities. Their washroom fittings were very old and some are not work good. Wifi service also disturbed.
