Location is bang opposite to Dal lake, which makes this property in the preferred list Cleanliness is a big concern.. The property seems to be little old and needs a repaint.. we literally have seen spider and cockroaches in the room. Hotel has no electricity backup. We had no power for more than 3 hours.

The staff served us in every respect. 1) No restaurant. 2) A bad odor comes from the washroom water drainage. 3) One side of the window of the first bedroom(Sea view) is not properly covered with a curtain.
