We booked three rooms for three days. It was a big disappointment and a holiday spoiler. The place is not anything as described and shown in the photos. The wall paper in the room is peeling off. The bathroom is not clean and had dirty old fittings. Two dirty glasses and a dirty water mug was provided. The water in the bathroom was not clear and smelled and tasted rusty. Our rooms were in the second floor and there was no lift. No electric kettle was provided in the rooms. When we switched on our own kettle the breaker tripped. The geyser is switched on only on request and on all three days in the evening the breaker tripped few minutes after it is switched on. You have to call the caretaker in the morning to turn on the heating power. The view from my room was horrible. Not a place to stay if you are on a holiday to enjoy.

Mr.Abrarbhai The owner as well as the staffs are very much Co operative I felt that ,that was not hotel but my second home away from home The hospitality of the management is recommendable It not complete if I do not mension the name Mr.Asarar who took me for sight seeing with grace and politeness Overall I suggest every one who is coming to srinagar should stay there If I get the chance to come srinagar i definately prefer stay here in young mamta Facilities of hotel as well as cleaniness

Owner's behaviour is very polite and cooperative. They allow me to stay nearly 3 hours beyond check out time. Also they allow me to extend one day booking because my flight was cancelled on the day of actual check out with justified tariff. Nothing much to say in this budget price.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was warm, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The (Hotel young mamta ) has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay Almost everything

The best part is that the hotel owner Abrar is super helpful and friendly. He took care of us like a family. The hotel is in a central location and within the vicinity of other Mamta group of hotels and thus it's safe and secured. Strongly recommended for your stay at Srinagar They also gave us recommendations on some offbeat locations to visit like Yusmarg and arranged a taxi for us with a great driver.. The hotel does not have a lift, if that is your criteria then you can think otherwise everything is superb.
