noise in the hotel by drunk guests and glitch in elevator (repeating which floor it's on very loudly... becomes a mess when drunk guests try to use it and get stuck at your floor while the doors keep opening and closing while it repeats the floor number and most definitely wakes you up)

Convenient location. Was supposed to be right next to bus stop- but bus bypassed it due to construction. Room was large. Room was quiet in spite of being close to night life Beds were not comfortable- only two pillows. Lots of construction. Fridge barely chilled beverages. Staff made inappropriate comments about how much luggage I had

The hotel is currently surrounded by construction, and I believe that under these conditions, the prices should be lower. It’s not that the noise is unbearable, but it does affect the overall experience and atmosphere. That said, the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. They follow a “go green” policy for cleaning, but if you request service, they are happy to accommodate. The location is excellent—very convenient and well situated. The staff are also very kind, professional, and always ready to help. The only downsides were the construction outside the hotel and a temporary issue with the elevator, which was out of service for a couple of hours so we had to go to the 8th floor by foot :)). However, the staff worked to fix it as quickly as possible. Everything else was very good.

Great location and was very convenient for late checkin. Needs ventilation in the bathroom. It was pretty humid with the door closed.

The location is amazing. The room was clean and cozy. I recommend the last floor the view from the balcony is amazing ? ? ?

Nice room with a big terrace with a nice view of the city and close to many stores. I would definitely come back in the future!

The room was very cosy and clean. Location in the middle of the night life in St. Julian's, but soundproof Not enough variety at breakfast. Almost no closet space

The facilities were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, helping me to organize things and get me taxis. The location was great with easy access to buses to go into Valleta and and to take the cruises. Also, they had a really nice breakfast room.

The location is great, transportation access was very convinient to travel around. Communication is excellent and they are very helpfull with all needs. Breakfast was good , great value for the money but the best thing was the older gentleman who was responsible for breakfast tables and organization. The room was big enough and had a minibar, coffee pot and similar. The shower could have been a bit cleaner and some things were not working like the safe or the ventilation in the bathroom. Also, there is no closet to store your clothes so this might be a problem if there is a longer stay in the room.

The location - close to everywhere. The bathroom was full of mold and it smelled. the room was ok, but the photos on the booking are not what the room looks like in reality. they are currently reconstructing a building next door, so there's a lot of noise during the day and we could hear the music from the clubs until very late even if we closed the balcony doors.
