We arrived in the hotel a few days before end of the season. There were only a few guests in the hotel, we nearly had the whole spa and saunas for ourselves! The staff was really nice, we never had the feeling of being "the unwanted last guests right before season ending". The new sauna and spa area is spacious, very clean. Our highlight was the lake sauna with a great view on the Klopeiner See. The rooms were tidy with modern bathrooms. Breakfast was plentyful. Dinner was great, although not the cheapest. Everything else was great!

Fabulous location and amenities. Wasn’t advised on arrival that the hotel didn’t have a night porter, arrived back to the hotel at 11.50pm to find everywhere locked, fortunately someone was able to help us locate the door to get in.

Location is fantastic and amenities were excellent Air conditioning needed in rooms. Obviously an aging building, so A/C is hard to retrofit, but hot days were stiffing. The smaller room (for our son) was very hot in the evenings. Unfortunately also place two floors away from us, even though we had requested close together.
