Nicely situated on the lake. Rooms were dated. Understaffed. Staff were visibly pressured and disgruntled. Most of them were Hungarian, working in Austria - and they thought it safe to complain openly in Hungarian about their deplorable working conditions. Too bad we could understand what they were saying to each other. No one was clearing tables at breakfast, when we asked for a table to be cleaned so we could eat, the response was "that's not my job - I'm busy doing something else" from three different individuals in the dining room. We managed to find the manager, hiding in the office, apparently surfing the web. Her response was to discipline her staff in front of us, then returning to her hiding place. In other words, management is completely hands off and they lack connectivity and morale with their staff.

- The reception staf was very unfrendly. Thay ignore my call, my mail everithig I call and whrite them 12 days and no answer…My men coudnt come I came alone and I explain them that I must go two days erliar but thay didn’ t listen alsow I spoke with boos she coudnt help me too. Thay carge me for two nights 780 eur. And than she ask me where I was parking, she wonted charge me parking too…The room is not worthet the price just lokation is ok. I had wery bad expiriance.
