Location and on booking . Com looked amazing ! The room was t the one booked the room was dirty with hand marks all over mirrored walls , no toilet rolls bathroom sink had toothpaste on it showe had lime scaler in the shower , bedroom curtain was hanging off .. bed linen and bed was fresh ( thank god )

We originally booked Casa D’or but were transferred to their sister hotel, Neom — and this review is for Neom. Mr. Badr was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all our requests. We were three families, and each of us felt very comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The staff were always smiling, polite, and ready to assist. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the hotel offers full food and beverage services, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. I highly recommend Neom and will definitely be coming back!

The room is bigger abd more comfortable than the rest of Dahab hotels. The hotel is more than double price of all hotels in the area but i find this unjustifiable because: The hotel location is further to the beach and you walk in the dark desert in the middle of nowhere to get back to your room. The room was okay but falling apart, the closet door could fall any moment and is not opening and closing properly and a metal rod fixed in the shower almost fell on my head. The TV has no channels,relying only on stream services and most mornings the internet connection was not working. A room that expensive with no TV! I barely met any of the staff, i consider myself lucky that i was able to get there attention for the check in. The room was an OCD nightmare with all the horrible crooked picture of cheap prints of red sea corals wrongly hung on the wall. You feel like the room is randomly furnished. My friend has booked the same room and he got a bean bag that i didn't have and a decorative side lamp that was missing from my room.

the staff was great and helpful, we was the only people on the property, and energy was soo cute dog the owner of the property and the way he deal with us.. I didn’t like how he need us to pay for diving trip that we didn’t want it and with out confirmation.. ill never stay there again ..

the room was amazing, clean, and they took care to help us in everything we need .. Thomas the manager was super friendly, generous, and professional. the place is highly recommended & pool is always clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Anerchya the dog there made the place more beautiful ❤️ no problems while checking in or checking out they don’t take time at all in both. am sure it won’t be the last time visiting this place a little bit far from the beach (about 8-10 mins walking) which is not a huge problem at all

The host was very kind and helpful. The whole place is beautiful and well designed. The pool is great abd the room was very big, cleab abd comfortable. It's located about ten minutes from the beach and the way there is not the nicest. Not a big issue.

Amazing facilities at the property which is a stones throw away from the beach. The owner and team are always on call to ensure one has all their needs met making for a legendary stay.

One of the best boutique hotels that I've been in, it's so clean, the staff are so kind and the owner Thomas is the best. I recommend this hotel to everyone that come to visit Dahab. The location of the hotel is perfect 5-10 mins from everywhere and hotel provides you with everything needed: food, diving, snorkeling... you will really enjoy your stay There is no negative comments
