Our stay here was great, we had everything we needed right at hand.

I wholeheartedly recommend this property. The parking lot was a challenge to navigate as seniors, often having to find spaces in the far back lot behind the hotel, as the front lot was smaller and most often full.

The young lady at the front desk whose name I cannot recall was outstanding. She was a young, tall, and beautiful African American young lady. She was professional, provided us with restaurant suggestions, and greeted us with a great smile everyday. I hope you can identify her because she made sure our stay was fantastic.

Location is NEXT door to car rental lot. You could walk over there or drop your vehicle off a day early, in theory. No airplane noise, lovely large trees on the grounds, secure parking lot. Easy access to freeways. Everything was great!

Very clean Parking lot was not convenient to the hotel. Breakfast was not up to standard of what I am accustomed to with Hampton hotels. It only offered breakfast sandwiches, no fruit or oatmeal. No salsa.

Staff was extremely nice. Attached bar, good breakfast, clean and well maintained. Pay for parking with spaces limited.

It was cute that my name was on the screen when I walked in. Charging for parking is insane. Keep it free for guests. I realize a majority of clients staying are flight attendants and pilots but it felt like a hidden fee. Let our booking be a validation and charge people who aren’t staying there. I’ve never had to pay parking at a Hampton or Hilton.
