Hampton Inn St. Louis/Westport

Great service fr the staff, always above and beyond. Super friendly and professional. My room was extremely clean and had comfortable pillows and bed. I have nothing bad to say. Plus the pool and the breakfast helped make the stay even better

A slight problem in the bath: the water in the shower did not get hot... it wasn't Freezing, but a little cooler than comfortable. The sink had a good supply of hot water. I reported the discrepancy to staff and they will address it (I only stayed one night this trip). I've stayed at this property several times in the recent past and really enjoy the friendly staff, good breakfast, swimming pool, and, generally, how well maintained and clean the property is. The location is very convenient to major highways, but quiet. Several good restaurants in the area are a nice plus (no need to get on the interstate to find a good place to eat).

Overall a great stay. My only complaint is cleanliness. We found hairs in the shower and the table next to the bed was sticky and dirty. Very friendly staff though and good breakfast

The staff was friendly I never got keys to my room. They were having issues with the system and had to copy my card and driver's license. They were also having issues with the key maker so someone had to walk me to my room. The first room they told us to go to was occupied when we got there. Then we went back downstairs to get another room. Long story short.. I never got my key to my room

Really a low end Hampton Inn. Was definitely surprised of the aging property. Room was clean and comfortable though.

The location was convenient to be with my family. The first night my room smelled like cat urine. They were booked so I was not able to move. Couldn’t sleep well because of the smell. The hotel couldn’t refund me for the room because I did it via Booking.com. I spent money on a room that I didn’t enjoy.

Exceptional

The woman who handled the breakfast was amazing- hard working and very pleasant Cleanliness was not there. Elevators were really dirty . Pool was disappointing- not that clean and water cold and atmosphere around pool was depressing.

It was a nice hotel.

The front desk staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful - so nice to see every now and then!

Breakfast was lovely and catering staff was most helpful. No body wash in shower, just shampoo and conditioner

Provided plenty of towels when asked to, variety of items for breakfast, friendly staff at reception desk

Parking was well lit. Hot Breakfast. Friendly staff.

Staff was not helpful with re rooming. Opened my daughters nasty soccer bag to make room smell better.

Older hotel but good experience.

The bed was comfortable, location was fine There was a disgusting stain on the bed skirt & we didn’t realize until about 2 in the morning when we got back from our concert. The bathroom was leaking water into the floor. Someone threw up in the hallway and it sat there for 9hrs and never was cleaned up. We notified the front desk.
